“Great hotel for walkers.”

Park Shore is short walk to grocery store and luxury mall and beach is walkable in about 1/2 hour. Our condo had all the necessaries and was clean and comfortable. The resort is very quiet. Pool and hot tub areas are good. Lounge chairs were always available for our stay in November.

“Park Shore never disappoints”

We have been to Park Shore several times before. It is consistently good and this year we brought friends with us and they loved it too

“Will stay at again!”

“not impressed”

I must say I was very disappointed with this entire place. Although the room itself was okay and had everything we needed the pool and hot tub were really very poor. For instance there were 2 iguanas roaming around the pool which made me very uncomfortable and the one relieved itself on my towel--I just thought this was disgusting and there was no way I wanted to spend any time at this pool--I did tell the person inside but she said they were vegetarians and would not hurt me--I said I was very uncomfortable and would probably leave--could have cared less--even though our room was paid for we left 3 days early--also the pub was closed and lots of construction going on---reception area was not very clean--Naples is very beautiful-golf outstanding-cool restaurants-don't stay here

the downtown area of Naples is really lovely--lots of great restaurants in this area--also try to have lunch or dinner at the Naples Beach Golf and Country Club--you are right on the beach and it's a lot of fun--stay for the glorious sunset-the old neighborhood around this area is really beautiful--there are lots of close areas like Tin City which is casual and lots of fun--there is no shortage of good malls and eating places in this city and of course the fabulous golf courses.

“My best hotel for relaxing.”

Every summer we go to Park Shore. We enjoyed to go there because is very relaxing . The hotel is located near to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants. The only difficult we had was the room was not well maintained . We had difficult once with the bathroom lights. Then later the TV remote control was not working. But inmediatly we notified to the receptionist the person came to fix it up. The room was very spacious but the sun covers the balcony in the afternoon so was impossible to sit dowm in the balcony in the afternoon. But I love Park Shore. I will be back next year as always.

“Can't wait to go back”

My family and I, stayed last week end at the Park Shore Resort. We were there 3 years ago and everything was the same. Cleanliness and comfort of our room was EXCELLENT. We just can't wait to go back!

“Best kept secret....”

My wife and I had a really great time at Park Shore Resort. Mainly because of the resort great ammenities and quality of service. As a example, one day we called the front desk to report problems with a TV set. In 10 minutes hotel's Handyman arrived and replaced it with a new and modern flat screen TV set.

Area recommendations
The entire area is pleasently good looking. There would be to much to list all the places that are worth visitor's special attention. A must to go is definitely the 5th Avenue district in downtown Naples.
Outdoors or beach
Park Shore Resort is conveniently located, close to the beaches that are accessible from the great Gulf Shore Blvd. Shoppings and restaurants are all in a short walk distance from the hotel.

“Family Fav!”

We loved the resort, close to everything, shopping, pretty beaches, etc. We loved D'Amico Restaurant just by the Publix. Lovely people, friendly service and really delicious casual Italian food. We also liked the Island Pub, but we were a bit confused as to why the restaurant would be closed on a Sunday. Aren't weekends big for restaurants? Anyway, that was the only negative. Would love to go back and everything was great. Comfy comfy beds which make such a difference when you are away. We slept so well and come home very well rested and relaxed.

“Good value for the money”

This is not a luxery hotel ,but it offers approximately 1000 sq feet of tastfully if somewhat dated accomadations in a beautiful park-like setting with canals watefalls a great pool and a decent restaurant.The hotel and the grounds are very well maintained and the location is great - about a mile to the beach and close to shopping.
