“Great value, great service”

A lovely hotel, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was really good. Great area to visit Palazzo Reale and shopping plus to catch ferry to Sorrento and Capri. Right by a bus stop which took us everywhere we needed to go. Very quiet and a lovely restaurant next door.

“Definitely would stay here again”

My husband and I stayed at his hotel for three nights. The rooms are very clean, the people at the front desk were always very helpful and available when we needed them (never a wait). Not knowing much Italian language, I was relieved to know that each of them spoke English very well. The location is great. It was a short walk to the Castel Nuevo and slightly outside the Centro Storico. Although the walk to Via Toledo did not seem far, but we are coming from NYC so walking is just what we're used to. The location felt very safe. After reading the guidebook I was curious to see how Naples compared to all the warnings I read, and I have to say we never had any trouble with pick-pockets. The beds are definitely on the firm side, but it seems like each hotel we stayed at in Italy had similar beds. But the room is comfortable and was a good place to return to after full days of sightseeing. The breakfast stood out for me. The cappuccino was tasty, the server was friendly and smiley, and there was always a good stock of food. Fresh kiwi, melon, grapes, a few varieties of pastries, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fresh juice, and deli meats. A nice simple and light meal before you start your day and prepare to have pizza and pasta for lunch and dinner. We would definitely come return. Naples is a lovely city. Don't believe all the hype that it's a "gritty" city. Lots of history, SO much to see if you love museums, catacombs, castles, cathedrals....

“Fantastic Time Naples-Palazzo Turchini”

We had a wonderful time and treated like royalty staying at the Palazzo Turchini hotel. The staff was so knowledgeable about places to go eat, exhibits, and shopping. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The area where the hotel is located was perfect!!!! I highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice Hotel In Naples”

A very adequate hotel for the price. Convenient location. Very friendly english speaking staff. Rooms were a little small compared to the typical US hotel room but still comfortable. I would stay here again.

“Naples Great Hotel”

“Very pleasant”

We stayed here for 4 nights in July. The hotel is quite small but they have made the best use of space. Clean and modern fittings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. We'd stay again.

“A Jewell of an Hotel in Naples”

This is a wonderful boutique type hotel. Wonderfully situated for the port area and connections to all the Islands and Coast line. The staff both day and night were absolutely charming, so very helpful, gave us all the tourist information we required. Hotel is spotlessley clean, our room (303) beautifully furnished and appointed, clean sheets daily as well as towels etc, even had a jacuzzi in our bathroom. This hotel made our stay in Naples memorable, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Will definitely be going back. Our thanks to all the staff at the Hotel.

“Great location”

Lucked out on this choice. Hotel is in great location for walking to sights or catching bus. Staff was very helpful. Lovely rooftop setting for great breakfast buffet.

“Small hotel conveniently situated”

Nice hotel but rooms on small side. Although they contain mini bars we could not open ours as the door was wedged in by the bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. However the breakfasts really let the hotel down. We think the scrambled egg was made from a packet - and was always burnt and completely tasteless. Fruit juices were not fresh and again tasteless. There was not much food available and the hotel would be better not to offer breakfast.

The port area - lots of good restaurants and very interesting.
