“what an experience”
The convenience of the hotel's location was great because we rented a car. without any transportation you can not venture of and experience Forte Myer. Well, i take that back you can always take a cab. However, there are many different things to do at the hotel that you wont miss going into town. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.
“Wish we could have stayed longer :(”
Absolutely wonderful !
“Another great stay”
2nd time back to the Hyatt in 2011! This time for 7 nights and it couldn't have been better. This resort and staff exceed the normal expectations which make the stay even better. High recommendations as we will be going back again soon.
“Better than I ever expected”
The Hyatt Coconut Point is amazing. From the champagne at check in to the phenomenal poolside service I cannot reccomend a better stay in SW Florida. Our room eas excellent and the housekeeping staff were great. We always had exactly what we needed whenever we needed it without having to wait.
“Would love to stay again”
The hyatt at coconut point was the perfect spot for my honeymoon. First off I get a complementary bottle of champagne to celebrate the special occasion. About the resort, all I have to say is wow! Very elegant. The pools were very clean and beautiful and the complementary towels came in handy. It truly was paradise! Although I didn't have enough time to take full advantage of all the perks the hyatt had to offer, the free shuttle to big hickory island was nice and very peaceful. I would love to come back on one of our anniversaries.
“Recommended”
Great facility with lots of options: swimming pools, beach, rock climbing wall, biking, kayaking. Beach/pool towels included. Very nice and accommodating staff. On-site restaurant was terrific. Several nice state parks nearby. Small minuses: tea bags weren't replenished, nor were new glasses after housekeeping came through. Guest have access to the pools (including a lazy river) at the nearby Hyatt property, but must get daily armbands to visit before 3pm and only 75 are distributed daily. After 3pm, no armbands are needed. This wasn't a big issue, since there was plenty to do, but would have been useful to know in advance.
“Awesome Vacation ! Great location”
Everyone was very friendly and helpful . Fabulous location and views. Hotel food was very good . Will be back for sure .
“Very nice Hotel”
The hotel was very nice. The area didn't suit us. The few restaurants that where around were very expensive.
“Resort”
Pros Nice pools Free beach towels Family friendly Access to another resort that has a lazy river. Cons Wifi is not complimentary. Expect to be bitten by mosquitos. We never went to the private beach because of the Mosquitos.
“Bonita Springs”
Hotel is beautiful. This was our fourth time here. The only complaint was having to wake up early and be at the Hyatt vacation club desk at 8:30 to get wristbands to go to the lazy river at the timeshare condos. We never had to do this in the past. One morning the desk attendant was 20 min late. Also felt treated differently from the staff at the condos Bring lots of bug repellent the mosquitos will carry you away. Food was great at Tarpon Bay
