“Never Better”

The folks at Hyatt Place in Estero were AMAZING! The best costumer service I've ever received at a hotel, period. Located right in the Coconut Pointe Mall made it so easy for day time shopping and night time dining!

“Great pick”

We received a warm welcome. The building was clean, open, and attractive. It was all handicap accessible with very comfortable rooms and beds. Great place to relax at the end of our day, and everything you need was in walking distance!

“Had a great time”

I went to visit family for the weekend. I had my children and two other younger cousins. The teenagers really enjoyed the hotel and convenience of the mall. They had a 24hr food/bar area as well. Hotel staff was very friendly

“Clean, comfortable and quiet”

This is a great place to stay if you have plans or business in the area. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was above and beyond our expectations. Will choose to stay here again without question. For those unfamiliar with the area , just know that is in a (beautiful) outdoor shopping complex.

“A step up from other affordable hotels in the area”

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family. The room was divided into a sitting area and a bedroom area. The breakfast was outstanding and included more than just a bowl of cereal and bagels. The choices included fresh fruit, wonderful hot breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, breads, yogurts, and many other items. The pool was warm and had plenty of tables and lounges. The room did have a rather annoying air conditioner that was loud when it was on. We were not near the beach but in easy driving distance to all of the area beaches. We visit the area annually and will definately be staying in this hotel again.

“Place you go and don't want to leave.”

I can only say one word. EXCELENT. But I'll say more. The place is spotless,the rooms are modern clean and large. Nice size TV. With option to hook up your iPad and watch Netflix directly to the TV. Free WiFi allowing you to access Internet throughout the hotel. In fact ,it's my third time in this hotel but NOT the las. Strongly recommending.

“Great Business Stay”

This was a great hotel to stay for business purposes, with clean well-lit desk, connections to present on large flat-screen TV and space to practice presentations as well as all of the technology hookups you could ask for. The included breakfast has all the basics plus to power you through your day. In addition, this was a clean comfortable room. With the outdoor pool, fitness room, close access to shopping and entertainment, I could see this as a great stay on vacation as well.

“Lovely location for shopping and relaxing while in the Bonita Springs area!”

The hotel staff made us feel welcome right from the start. They were all very friendly and greeted us every time we walked in the door. Breakfast include was amazing!! Great coffee and great food, not just donuts! The location was awesome for shopping and dining. We loved walking around the Coconut Point Mall! We will definitely stay here again!

“Great long weekend!!”

My husband and I just stayed at the Hyatt Place Coconut Point this past weekend. For the price per night this hotel goes above and beyond in quality, location, customer service and cleanliness. We did not have a chance to go to the pool but it seemed nice from the view. The buffet breakfast was always fresh each morning and they did make an attempt to change it up each day. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is great right next to the Coconut point mall. I would definitely stay here again!
