“Excellent front desk staff”
We thought the front desk staff were excellent. They always smiled and were very helpful. One night we had a problem with getting a table in the restaurant and they dealt with our complaint brilliantly. When we did get to eat in the restaurant (Shula's) it was the best piece of steak we'd had in America. You do need a car as the hotel is some distance from the "old" part, but the parking facilities were very good.
“Great hotel in Naples, Florida”
This hotel is lovely and very well maintained. It is on the busy Tamiami trail but once in the hotel you would not know. The rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed on the executive level and a buffet continental breakfast was included which was very nice. The pool area is great and towels were available. There is lots to do round about and some great shopping in the surrounding area (walking distance).
“Would go back tomorrow”
This hotel was a amazing the only thing the restaurant was very expensive but you want good food you gotta pay for it
“very impressed”
we stayed in the hilton naples for 4 nights (got a good deal with expedia) and had a lovely time, the hotel is central but a little way from the beach but the hotel lays on a courtesy bus to the beach and provides their customers with chairs and a cooler with complimentary water, our room & the pool were very nice & clean, there is also computers to use with free internet (which was great to email home). We had a hire car so was able to drive around, the hotel is on a main road so walking around is a bit difficult, we had a meal in shulars restaurant in the hotel & although this was pricey the food & service was exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful and very courteous. My husband used the gym (complimentary towels & water) & swimming pool most mornings and found both to be adequate
“Ideal Holiday Location”
Hotel arrival dealt with speedily afer a long journey. Used the valet parking on arrival (free), but thereafter parked in the underground garage myself. Restaurant is a franchise, breakfast excellent, with friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Shula's restaurant is dark, concentrates on steaks (expensive) with other limited choices. In room dining available. Portion sizes large. Fridge in room enables you to stock up, at nearby Publix, with water, etc. Staff at desk can recommend places to visit or to eat, they will have tried them.
“For girls on their own”
I was no my own and I was apprehensive, but the staff could not have been more helpful or the hotel more wonderful. It was very easy to find, people very happy and willing to give directions or ideas of what to see where to go.I was even told about a special evening in the town, by 3 different people,on the day i arrived.................. The bus to the beach was easy and great, they supply not just a towel, but a brill light weight chair and a cool box with water, I had a fantastic time, felt perfectly safe and very well cared for..............Thank you Hilton
“Weekend rest from Orlando theme parks”
We decide to break our fortnights vacation up with a spell on the beach. Naples was recommended due to the relaxed nature of the city and the quality of the beaches. it did not disappoint! Neither did the hotel....from check in to check out it was just what we hoped for. Free parking, great service from the check in desk (map, instructions and general interest in us as guests), great room- nothing too flashy but good beds and very clean, free chairs, towels and WATER a great bonus - the beach is HOT (be early and grab an umbrella, you will need it!), we even used the chair service after we had checked out! "No problem, just please bring them back!" All in all great trip. We even had the excitment of the local police force catching a bank robber in the hotel car park, right outside our room, complete with helicopters and searchlights!! Ten out of ten!
“Would highly recommend the Hilton in Naples”
Excellent facilities.Breakfasts superb - excellent choice! Staff very polite and helpful at all times. First rate on all accounts. thank you!!
“Steve from IOW”
Front desk staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Whilst the hotel was some 3-4 miles from Downtown it was close to some nice beaches and golf courses. Do try the Capital Grille about 2 miles up the US41. Not cheap, but, great food and service. Would stay again.
“Very good hotel”
Nice hotel, good location, very attractive pool.
