“Very happy”

The direct area around the hotel isn't the prettiest, but I didn't think it was unsafe at any point. Within walking distance of pretty much everything in central Naples. Staff were helpful, room was fine, decent 4* quality and overall had a very good experience. Only gripe is that the wi-fi internet was slow for the price (EUR15 for 1 day) but that's the only thing I could fault.

“Andy”

Very nice hotel but poor neighbourhood At admission of concierge, you do not walk in this district at night, you have to get taxis if you want to go out. Immediate area is run down, dirty and they don't tell you about the 8 lane highway outside the front door, yes, 8 and the locals like to use the horn Trips to Pompeii, vesuvious, amalfi were great but very expensive. The concierge got us a deal with a collaborative cab firm which turned out to be more expensive, jump in any cab and they will do the same or 80 euro less. Be warned too that concierge has friendly restaurants which were ok but not cheap Naples, would not return to this city In summary good hotel , very wrong location

“Great location for when travelling by boat to Sorrento/Capri/Almalfi”

Clean, modern, comfy beds, great buffet breakfast and for some reason we were put on the 6th floor in a suite our first night which had a big balcony with city views and a big spa bath.

“Good hotel, the only downside - location”

We stayed in H2C Napoli for 4 nights mainly to travel from there to Sorrento and Capri as it was more convenient. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable, good selection at breakfast, but the only downside- location! It was very close to central station, 10 mins walk to Garibaldi station, just in the end of Corsa Garibaldi, and the neighbourhood is not the most pleasant, rubbish everywhere, dirthy and homeless sleeping in the streets, not the greatest first impressions of Napoli. It wasn't very easy to find too, we had to ask locals. Overall OK, but due to the proximity of the area of Centro Storico and station, I would recommend a hotel closer to the Castle on the Via Partenope, it is much nicer there.

“H2C you later!”

Naples was HOT so H2C was a cool oasis after lots of sightseeing. Our triple room was comfortable & clean & conveniently situated. We would definitely return!

Area recommendations
So much to see in Naples; above & beneath the ground! A city tour is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the city layout if it's your first visit. See Pompeii & climb Vesuvius, travel up the coast to Amalfi & don't miss out on a trip to Capri - stunning!

“Would love to stay here again.”

Enjoyed every minute of my stay here, from the rooms to the free breakfast to the staff that went above and beyond. Really wish i got a chance to thank the gentlemen's with the glasses at the desk in the evenings, he gave us plenty of great recommendations for food and fun and even book our tours for us. thank you for providing great service last weekend(May 22nd).

“Will go back as soon Im in Naples”

5 minutes from the heart of Naples, little noisy, 15 minutes from Mergellina,20 from Posillipo, professional staff, as well caring and warm, place modern and not losing the touch of Naples,

“Just so-so”

The bed was so hard, that it was like sleeping on the floor. The shower was so tight to get into, that if you are even a little overweight, it isn't happening. The water was also never hot. The restuarant was good, but the menu is very limited. It is lucky they have a dining area, because you do not want to go out in that area of Naples, it is very seedy and extremely dirty.

Area recommendations
I would recommend not staying in Naples, and instead staying in nearby Ischia, or Procida or Amalfi.
