“A breathe of fresh air.”

This hotel is a breathe of fresh air in the middle of chaos. Specially if you arrive at night, it's impossible not to freak out to find the hotel. I recommend to google-map it before with street view for easier recognition. After being suffocated with the traffic and scared about where to park (yes, they do have a private parking) it's a relief to find such an elegant building, quiet and reserved just in Naples core. Attentive and efficient crew, delicious breakfast and a lovely terrace complete the pack of surprises. Very nice experience.

“Nice but noisy”

A beautiful, character hotel with fabulous service and a lovely breakfast however we stayed on a Saturday night and the neighborhood was a little rough and it was very noisy with young people outside. If we had been on the other side of the hotel I think it would have been perfect.

“Pleasant Hideaway”

We booked a junior suite, which we felt offered marginal value. The nicest rooms seemd to be the standard rooms off the courtyard. Try to get one of these as it is the courtyard and pool area which are the best features, offering a quiet retreat in the middle of bustling Naples. WiFi didn't work, which was inconvenient. Was told it is intermitttent, something which should be looked at.

Area recommendations
For the price we paid here, one can get a comparable room closer to the bay, in my opinion.

“Excellent hotel in Napoli.”

Service and staff were excellent. If in Napoli again, would definitely stay here. Location is great, and some very good restaurants in neighborhood.

“An oasis in the heart of Naples.”

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. This is a great hotel in the heart of Naples close to many artisans. The hotel pool provided a well-deserved break from the heat. The rooms on the top floor have access to a quiet terrace with tables and chairs. Definitely a great find for experienced travelers looking to explore Naples and the surrounding islands. I suggest taking advantage of the port city by taking day trips to Pompeii and then some of the islands i.e. Procida and Ischia. We also stayed in Capri for 5 days, absolutely beautiful, but a bit over crowded with tourists during the day. I love the hotel.

Area recommendations
One of the best finds was Gennaro Zuccero a taxi driver that helped us plan and drove us on day trips to the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Pompeii. Great guy that truly loves his city
Getting around
hire a taxi for day trips or ask the hotel to assist with coordinating the day trips by car.

“Hôtel charmant très bien au coeur de Naples”

Excellent hôtel au coeur de Naples avec restaurants autour; nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli par un personnel prévenant et sympathique. Une excellente adresse.

“Quattro stelle con una cadente...”

Hotel dove la cortesia del personale serve per mascherare alcune imperfezioni, come la doccia che non andava, e la grande rumorosità. La nostra camera dava sulla strada, giusto al di sotto di un pub con evidenti rumori fino a tarda notte. Impossibile dormire!

“Hôtel Costantinopoli 104 à Naples : très correct mais environs un peu bruyants”

Hôtel propre et accueillant. La première chambre que nous avions était propre mais il y avait des odeurs de canalisations assez fortes dans la salle de bains. Nous avions demandé une chambre calme et la nuit du vendredi, nous avons été dérangés par le bruit provenant de la musique d'un bar des environs. Nous avons insisté pour changer de chambre ce qui a été fait. La nuit du dimanche soir a été aussi bruyante car il y avait une soirée plein air sur la place qui se trouve à proximité de l'hôtel. L'hôtel en soi est très calme et propre mais c'est la situation qui n'est pas idéale.

“Grand confort au calme proche à 200m du Musée Archéologique”

Superbe hôtel de charme au fond d'une cour dans un petit jardin au calme avec seulement 18 chambres. Service de très bonne qualité avec un le sourire. En résumé, une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Naples et se ressourcer. Petit conseil, ne pas négliger le Taxi qui pour une somme forfaitaire (et oui, cela existe en Italie) de 19 euros vous conduira à l'aéroport.
