“Definitely would return.”

Great place to stay and the location was great as well. Would definitely return. The location was wonderful for us and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Area recommendations

Mel's Diner is next door and a great place. Very reasonable and excellent food.

“Not impressed, but it's cheap”

I was not expecting much from this hotel. It was pretty standard. It's listed as a 3.5 or 4 start hotel, but it's basically a 2.5 - 3. Has basics of everything: iron, coffee maker, cable, continental breakfast, free wireless and a fitness room (or rather 2 treadmills). I definitely wouldn't stay here again, but I have nothing really negative to say. My impression was pretty nonspecific and drab, but adequate.

“Under New Management?”

Bonita Springs Lodge and Suites has changed management sometime recently, but the company has not made efforts to improve the property. The carpeting is stained in the public areas, the pool was closed for 2 of the 4 days I stayed, the breakfast bar had the promise of being above average, but was poorly stocked and manned. WiFi is available only in the lobby area (not in the rooms) and the hotel provided computer has no printer--not terribly convenient for online check-in at the airport. The workout area has four pieces of equipment, two of which are broken. Our vacation was too great to be ruined by our hotel room, but I would not return to the hotel.

“Great value”

Great value for the price. Convenient location, only 10 minutes from the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and courteous. Although some items in the room were starting to show some minor wear everything was clean. Rooms were quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

“americinn @ Bonita Springs”

Room was worn and had a noisy heater. If it was a cheap place, I would have just accepted it, but for the price I would have expected better. Breakfast was OK. Too many $$, but still the cheapest in the area.

“Good value, good service”

Except for less than fabulous mattresses and pillows, a good economical hotel. Laundry facilities very much welcomed on this trip.

“Nice Stay-Good Value”

Clean room; nice breakfast; nice pool; good location; people were wonderful with our dog.

This hotel is close to a gorgeous dog beach. We could walk across the parking lot to Mel's Diner. Thirty minutes south of Fort Myers. Thirty minutes north of Naples. Fifteen minutes from Coconut Point Outdoor Shopping mall, which is dog friendly.

“Can't wait to go back...”

This was my first stay at the Americinn Bonita Springs...so not knowing what to expect, I can say that I was surprisingly satisfied, as the Hotel delivered on all counts.

Traveller's tip

Location is perfect, as the Hotel is centrally located right in the middle between Fort Myers & Naples...close to everything...restaurants, attractions, beaches, & all the stores.
