“Perfect for the Business Traveler”

I have stayed at this hotel many times and continue to go back as the staff is extremely helpful, and my room is quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for a older hotel with character, this is the place.

“Easy access to the interstate. P”

No complaint.with the hotel. The location was a bit awkward for walking anywhere.The breakfast was very well done with an excellent choice .The bathroom was large and clean.

“Not Impressed”

Breakfast needs more variety of food. ( For example, Fruits bar and donuts.)

“Nice hotel”

This was an average hotel. We always look to stay with Best Western when we travel so we chose to stay here. We did have to switch rooms three times when we checked in. We were told that we got an "expedia room" that was stated as King but was only a full size at best. Were told no Kings were available in non-smoking. We checked out the smoking room and we didn't like the smell so we went back down to the lobby and asked for the manager. He did accomidate our request giving us a non-smoking king after we told him we stay with their chain all the time. The room itself was musty smelling but didn't want to switch again and bought an air freshener. After we got to our room it was great, the service was great, good breakffast every morning, location was excellent. We would stay here again if we ever travel back to Naples. One thing I did not use was the pool so not sure how that was.

This was the perfect location, close to the interstate and for us in the middle of everything we wanted to see.

“A great deal for the price. Convenient to airport.”

Only complaint is that the hotel computer in the lobby that is available to guests is virtually always busy and the printer did not work on the night I was there. However, it did work the next day. Otherwise, the hotel staff was helpful and the place was clean and convenient. For the price, you couldn't beat it. Would definitely recommend this deal to anyone.

“Not impressed at all”

The staff was very willing to help by giving me another/better room after checking in my online booked room. The room initially booked was very smelly (old carpet and cigarette smell) no fridge... and to my big surprise, it came with a big cockroache crawling on the wall...When I complained, they gave me another room which was better and cleaner...there was only one computer available for the guests and if one person was using it, they were there for ever...nobody else had access to it...no respect for the other people wanting to use the computer at least for a few minutes... No, I would not go there again! I would pay more to stay at a different hotel...

“Near the Waffle House Restraunt.”

The Hall rugs are threadbare, the fire door separating the main section from the wings made a LOUD sound every time someone went through. The outside garbage cans were not emptied enough. The house maid did a perfect job maintaining my room.
