We were pretty stressed by the time we arrived, having got half the way to Napier, our car decided to give us a few hijinks, and we had to turn back to get our other car. This meant we were going to be very late arriving, so we phoned and explained the situation, and the Shoreline people were able to accommodate our late arrival. So we finally rocked up about 10.30, and hopped straight into our in room spa, we didn't turn the bubbles on, but we were able to relax with a wine and let the stress of the journey recede into the background. We slept really well, and it was lovely to have a coffee on the balcony whilst people watching. A nice run along the beach and then into the shower. The units are well equipped, and the only reason I've taken a mark off is that there was a suspicious looking splodge on the quilt, which we opted to not keep on our bed! Other than that, no complaints and all complements.
We were in a large wedding guest party and found that all being together was wonderful. The staff were most accommodating to all our needs as well as being affable.
They had a large patio space available in one of the units for us all to gather together and that was a bonus.
Plenty of restaurants to choose from and lots of information on things to do in Napier and surrounds.

Enjoy a fantastic central location in luxury serviced apartments in Napier for a business stay or a memorable holiday in …More
This is a modern hotel with a great location close to the amenities of this very attractive town. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a great sea view. Service at the front desk and in the restaurant was very attentive and we enjoyed some very tasty meals.
This hotel is an old building in Napier which has been brought up to date, but still has old fashioned style. Its quite grand but very comfortable and friendly. Its not the cheapest place in Napier but I can recommend it.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The little retro touches, old LPs playing on old record players, the home baking etc… made this a nice place to stay. The rooms were pretty comfortable and clean and had everything you needed. Good kitchen downstairs was great for making breakfast in. And there were good cheap breakfast packs available if you didn’t have the food with you. Free Wi-Fi was nice. Not on a busy street meant it was quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here.
