Location easy to find, quiet, central to Napanee and Picton. Room was ample, recently renovated, provided with microwave and fridge, well kept, safe and clean. Bathroom small window could be helped with a curtain for privacy. The bathroom sink faucet aerator and pop-up drain were missing. Staff professional and ready to help. Overall, great value for the price of the accommodation. We would not hesitate to book it in the future.

I have stayed at this motel many times over the past 35 years. The condition and the attitude of the owners has deteriorated. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. I requested extra blankets, and towels. Was provided the extra blankets, but they would not provide extra towels. The cleanliness is lacking. Dirty tub, rugs, stained walls, with holes. I will never book here again.

This trip was for a quick stop after long drive and a space to have good sleep so that I can keep going on the next day. Then Masterson’s Motel definitely served my purpose. Check in was smooth. Room is old style (colour tone wise), but washroom is new and bed is comfortable, two of which that I cared the most. So no problem to me. Heating/washroom fan was a bit noisy. Then turned them off when I went to sleep. No problem as well. I got the price when there was a promotion . Even better. And staff were all nice. Thank you very much. Overall, I am happy with my choice.
