“Never tried a B&B before but we loved it!”
We stayed in the Carducci suite. Very comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch after a day of tasting. A free tasting and bottle of wine from Uncorked comes with the reservation. Very cute place. Location was great. We could walk to restaurants and tasting rooms downtown. If you are also looking for a driver, One Size Ride was great. Chad was our driver. Very knowledgeable and took us to places we never thought of visiting. Had a great time!
“A perfect weekend get-away”
From the moment we arrived, we were treated, not as guests, but as family. A packet of info awaited us with narrowed down recommendations for where to visit, dine and shop. With it's Victorian charm, the McClelland-Priest B & B was homey and friendly. Within walking distance to downtown Napa, we were able to enjoy all of the luxuries of downtown restaraunts and wineries and yet be able to walk back home to our quiet residential B & B. The breakfasts were sinfully delicious and a great way to begin our day. Our guest room with a seperate entrance accessed by the quaint white picket fence was adjacent to the main house and gave us both the feeling of privacy and security that we desired. Our room was clean and fully stocked with all amenities of home and hotel combined. A weekend was all we needed, but a week at the McClelland-Prieset B & B would have been heavenly.
“We loved this B+B!”
My husband and I stayed here during our summer vacation. What an amazing place, with a fantastic location. Most importantly, it is owned by lovely and extremely welcoming people. We were even invited to be part of a family get-together, we were really touched by this. And p.s. - their wines are wonderful!
“Great Stay”
Hosts were very helpful. Provided a map and recommendations on wineries(including free and discounted tastings). Can walk to downtown Napa. Would stay there again.
“Great to stay :)”
Good location!

Great place to stay for special occasion
“Great place within walking distance of restaurants and wine tastings and very quaint”
Great place to stay. Really enjoyed meeting the two other couples with whom we had breakfast: Nick and Emily and Rob and Betty. Celeste was the perfect cook and hostess. She circled all the wineries that waived the cost for tastings when her card was shown. We tasted wine for free in quite a few wineries. It was wonderful saving money as the tastings could run as much as $25 per person. Celeste also provided good information about the places to eat and things to do. She was an interesting person with whom to converse.
“Very Enjoyable Stay”
This was the first B & B we had ever gone to. It was lovely, very private, and a great location. The owner was very sweet, and a good cook. We would definately go back. If I had to pick one negative thing it would be that the heater in the house (don't know where the control was located) cooked us out of bed in the morning. I would recommend this place
“Fantastic stay!”
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the McClelland-Priest B&B Inn. The owner is great and extremely helpful. She provided a packet with maps, tasting cards for free wine tastings, 2 for 1 tastings, magazines, brochures, etc. The daily breakfast was fantastic! Our overall stay in Napa was great due to the great recommendations that we received from owner. We loved the fireplace in our room as well and we would definitely go back and stay here again!
“Great place to spend quiet time with loved one”
