“Very convenient; all amenities; very comfortable.”

Just a very convenient place to stay in Napa. Very clean, comfortable room,

Area recommendations
I am not familiar with other neighborhoods within Napa City; so I don't understand the basis of the question. Think about it.

“much better than expected”

My husband and I were delighted with this accommodation. Unlike some of the hotels in Napa this place was reasonably priced.

“Would Stay Again”

This was our first time to Napa, and we chose this hotel because of its proximity to the area vineyards, and it's reasonable price. I would highly reccomend this hotel to "newbies" in the area. It's well-located for people who plan on renting a car (which you pretty much have to do anyway). The concierge was also very helpful, gave us maps to the area, and her card in case we needed to call her on our way. The staff know their "wine stuff" and were great at helping us plan on how to get our goodies home. My favorite thing about the hotel is that they have a heated outdoor pool that they keep open year-round. It was amazing to swim outside in late November. Also, the hotel is close to a Target store, which came in handy, and to a large outlet shopping center. I would definitely stay there again, and would reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, but inexpensive way to see Napa Valley.

Traveller's tip
The Oakville Grocery store right up Hwy 29 is a great place to pick up picnic supplies on your way to the vineyards. Amazing food in a quaint place.

“Great value in Napa”

Nice hotel, reasonable price compared to boutique hotels in Napa, St Helena, etc. Pleasant staff, restaurant and bar/grill both good. Good location to get to most of the Napa area wineries. Wine tasting in lobby each evening was nice. Would stay there again when visiting Napa.

Area recommendations
Downtown Napa is only a few minutes from the hotel. Must visit the Oxbow Market for lunch. Bounty Hunter Wine bar was fun. Many other restaurants and wine bars/shops to see in Napa. Must visit Taylors Refresher at Oxbow or the original in St Helena (burgers, fish tacos, shakes). Too many wineries to list, but try some smaller family-run wineries off the beaten path, as opposed to the large, touristy wineries along Rt 29. Visit to Sonoma Valley was a highlight. More rural, charming than Napa, not as expensive either. Town square in Healdsburg was great, lots of restaurants, galleries, shops, wine tasting rooms, etc.

“Centrally Located”

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. We got a complimentary upgrade to garden view, which is a courtyard. The room was nice and clean, but the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close. Warning: Many rooms face the parking lot and the freeway is very close.

Traveller's tip
Mustards Grill is a must, the food was superb
