“Your Standard Nothing Special Hotel”

I decided to stay here based off of several great reviews on expedia. I have to say that I was not impressed overall. There were three main issues that frustrated me the most. 1. The "fast-speed" internet was a joke; it would cut out several times while browsing and had a very weak signal. I am not sure where the routers were placed but my guess ten miles down the street. I used my Droid for a much quicker internet experience. For someone new to the area it is crucial to be able to browse restaurants and activities online (especially if hotel advertises free fast speed) 2. Very few nice restaurants in close vacinity (unless you want panda express). 3. The headboard on our bed had a clear sticky splash of something glued on to it. I am not too sure what it was. Dont want to know. I only stayed one night so I tried to pretend it wasnt there. :( It was not all bad... their free breakfast was awesome. Mostly everthing else was just ok. But, several not so great things to one great thing yields a relatively negative review.

“Loved Being There”

As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby you are greeted by smiling faces. Very informative and helpful employees. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a sure plus.

“New, clean, and near alot”

The hotel was clean and new. The grounds and poolI area were nicely maintained. It was near shopping and various food choices. American Canyon isn't Napa. But it is very close.

“Don't recommend”

This hotel is located next to a WalMart while convient it does not lend itself to the atmosphere you want while in Napa. Can hear the traffic while in the hot tub. Which you could use if they had any towels out for you. Was suppose to have a refrig in the room. The next day they finally brought me one and put it in the middle of the floor and did not even plug it up. Each day had to request wash clothes for the room. Had towels but no wash clothes. Requested a wake up call and never received it. This is not a hotel that I would return to or recommend. One or two things I let go, this was an accumulation of things that just stacked up to poor service.

“Nice place to stay”

Nice hotel, good bed. Try to get a room away from the highway, somewhat noisy. This hotel provide good value.

“Would go back again.”

We spent some time here during the memorial day 2011. The hotel was clean, the staff prompt and the breakfast good, but early for my taste (who goes to breakfast at 7, not me!). All in all I would recommend this hotel again. A.

“Great but bring earplugs”

Lots of noise during the night, coming from neighbors next door and above. Everything else about the hotel was good except for the sleepless nights.

“Nice Hotel”

Nice Hotel. Only two years old. Great location for the wineries in Napa valley area. The continental breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was a lounge/bar

“Kind treatment”

This hotel was totally comfortable, the staff was nice, and the amenities were great. Free coffee all day long. Acceptable continental breakfast (as good as these ever really get). Very nice staff. Great pool and whirlpool. Free wi-fi. Free razor and shaving cream. What more can you ask for? The location's pretty lame (looks out on a Wal-Mart), but otherwise totally good digs.
