“Great hotel, would love to go back”

“Would love to stay again”

We really enjoyed our stay at the AVIA. The hotel was new, modern and very nice. The rooms were on the smallish side, but we still had room for everything. The shower was great, with the option of a rain showerhead or handheld. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was terrific for access to the wineries. The downtown area seems to be in a revival phase with the addition of a new mini mall next door and restaurants and wine tasting nearby. We were very happy to have free access to the health club next door. For breakfast the first morning, our Egg White Omelettes were plentiful and delicious with perfect seasonal vegetables, and the potatoes were crisp and good. The second morning, the same omelette was much smaller and the potatoes looked like leftovers scraped from the bottom of the pan. Overall, we would love to come back again.

“TOP NOTCH HOTEL!”

You can't more downtown then this in nappa, at least not in yountville. Your right at the south of the silvereado trail down the street from many wonderful restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shops and art galleries. My fiancee and I were very impressed with the room, location and especially the concierge services who were all delightful and helpful. They made reservations for usat the auberge de soleil and somehow got us the nicest possible table on the tersse looking over the garden at night, our fault but still lovely, and the restaurant was full. The bar in the lobby is great for wine, and drinks and the bar made new her wines. I even a nice latte there. Thanks again and to all this is a hotel your sure to enjoy.

Area recommendations

Yountville in the south. Look at a maps of wineries online and restaurants and decide where or what you would prefer and make your decision based on that but I'd go with south cause you are also closer to some of the sonoma wineries and the carneros region. You go up silverado trail and back down the highway.

“Perfect Place”

Small but well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Very quiet place, not much happening after 7pm. Great for couples get a way.

“Best in Downtown Napa”

Didn't know what to epect and Avia exceeded. Locate din historic downtown, everything is in walking distance. Restaraunts and museums, grocery store - it is all right there. It has a deck for evening gathering and "bring your own wine bottle" where people were friendly and there were two gas fire pits for warmth. Recommend.

“Quiet and beautiful!”

Had a great time. It was a quiet room. In a quiet area. I was disappointed in the fact that pool was in fitness center. That was my fault though. Did not catch that on website. Right in napa downtown.

“Cannot speak too highly of this hotel.”

“Love Love Love!”
