I cannot praise this hotel enough for how accommodating they are for children. From the receptionist who washed up and sterilised our bottles, to the cleaners who cleaned our room incredibly quietly to avoid waking the baby, we felt very relaxed in this hotel.
We are a family of four (children 10 & 6) and stayed in a junior suite. Having driven for most of the day, we found the room very comfortable and well-equipped and our welcome glass of champagne was most welcome.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is housed in a beautiful building with a large and airy lobby with stylish yet comfortable armchairs.

We thought this hotel was very good value for money. We stayed for one night when passing through Nantes on our way home and would recommend it, as the location is good and hotel is nice. We parked in a carpark a short walk from the hotel.
We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (two teenage children). We were very pleased with the hotel which, although a little way out of the centre of Nantes, is well linked to the city and the main tourist sites by the excellent public transport network. We found the hotel staff all to be very welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good but slightly expensive for us (approximately 100 euros for a meal for four), so we made use of restaurants in the nearby Beaulieu shopping centre for breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the Loire river. Some of the decor in the hotel is a little bit worn but the overall impression is very good. There is an unheated swimming pool - unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal for swimming but the pool was a good size and well maintained.
This hotel was very nice, I definitely recommend it. The place was modern and clean, and our room and bathroom were large in European standards. The hotel is in a great location, it's an easy walk into the city center or the tram is practically out the front door. Staff was also friendly.
Hotel was in a good location, close to the train station (15 min walk) and the old town area where all the cafes and shops are. Supermarket 5 mins walk.
Reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel was very clean, although the bathroom and shower very very small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great - easy to walk to town or get the bus just around the corner. Room was good size and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was a laundromat in the hotel to use.
