What a lovely property. We emailed a couple days prior for a specifc request and they followed through with. Alll rooms face the lake, although its on the highway our room was very quiet. There was an elevator and stairs even though there's only 3 floors, which was nice. Room was very clean and BE kind brand shamppo/conditioner. There are laundry facilities and a simple but nice breakfast buffet. There was K pod coffee maker in the room. We used the hottub but sauna was out of order, which was fine. We stayed in the spa area after hours abit and were not disturbed which was very nice. We woll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits to Nanaimo. No restaurant on site but restaurants, gas, liquor, grocery store are 2 minute drive away.
