A very well located hotel (rather than a game lodge) inside Nakuru National Park. Park fees hike up the price of staying inside Nakuru, but you wouldn't want to stay outside. We took our own car and set off early for a very enjoyable safari drive (plenty to see and good access despite the rise in the water level). The hotel has nice grounds, a good secluded swimming pool, the room (standard) was small but very clean and comfortable and with a nice porch area with chairs and table. It was plenty quiet enough, I expect rooms further up the hill are even quieter. The food was excellent: a buffet with wide choice, kept open when we were late, and the food area was always fresh and clean (unlike some buffet hotels we've stayed in). Helpful, friendly staff. We'd stay here again.
Had a wonderful weekend with my husband and some friends. We played golf right next to zebras and had a lodge room that seemed to me very luxurious. We had the most incredible view from the balcony, a private bush dinner and wonderful food overall. The pool was very fine and so was the rest of the facilities, e.g. the tennis court, the bar and of course the golfing. Also massage, biking safari, mountain walk and lake trip was available at affordable rates but unfortunately we did not get to that. The staff was always very attentive and very nice. They even brought us a bottle of champagne Sunday morning on our anniversary. Last but not least I loved the fact that there is nothing else nearby. So waking up to the sounds of birds and a beautiful sunrise was all worth it!

My business partner and I were looking for somewhere to take our families for a long weekend. Naivasha was ideal since it was close by, we checked it out online and the reviews were great. I have to say the experience was even better. The accommodation was fantastic and the service excellent with options of things to do whether its partying in the nearby Naivasha town or boat riding or just some relaxation. Its also nice for families, the staff were very helpful.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing weekend out of town.

Got scared initially from th stories of hippos that come out at night. But it ended up that's what makes this place special. The tents are just great, clean and very comfortable. A place for two obviously. A place good for reflecting.

Disappointing really. Rooms and facilities were good but the food and the staff let it down badly.
When we arrived, reception seemed to have lost the booking, claimed that their computer system was down, and we had to pay cash to get the room.
