Property was ok. The room was nice, great shower head. The property did not have onsite parking available like they listed on Expedia (it’s been broken for some time). The front desk staff was helpful and did speak English which was a great help. Offsite parking was in a pachinko parlor, and was fairly expensive expensive. We ended up parking across the street. Nice laundry facility that isn’t advertised.

The rooms are small but the hotel was quiet and well kept. It was in a great central location, only a couple blocks from subway and other food and activities.

It was a refurbished business hotel and more than ample. only the bathroom was a bit antique. had a good sleep, it was convenient and no complaints

I would recommend that when you advertise your hotel as a business hotel the internet would be a lot better than it is. Hotel need to upgrade the internet and the WiFi.

There was a constant air conditioning fan noise in the room even though I turned off it. First two nights it was difficult to sleep.

service is great but hotel is a little old. There are no windows or ventilation fans in the toilet. Although the toilet is kept very clean, there is a humid smell that can be smelled from the entite room.

Breakfast was lovely - a big range to choose from and cooked well. Room was very small for 3 people and no space for luggage. Hotel happy to mind luggage for us. Noisy area as had to have window open - centrally heated so no control over heating temperature.

This is excellent hotel , it worthy! but the distance not close to train but for me is okay because A lot things you can shop or eat while you walk to hotel. Its still handy a lot local shops or restaurant still open 24 hours you never felt bored
