This property is the worse Quality Inn - the pictures are not the pictures of this hotel. Looks like front of hotel had damage and some parts were under construction. The staff hardly speaks English and hard to understand. We had a car alarm going off all night outside our room and after calling 3 times to front desk finally at 3:30 it stopped. No ice machine on the property that worked. Air conditioned worked and hot water. About the only things good. We didn’t feel it was clean enough to even try the breakfast. Would not recommend and Expedia needs to check into the condition of this hotel.

The hotel was a scam. The pictures aren’t accurate. There were bugs, the place was filthy. The front staff were not helpful, I was there for 10 minutes and knew this wasn’t the right place for me & my child to stay in, I left, didn’t stay the two nights. Do not stay there!

A dump!
This place is an absolute dump. 2 bugs crawling around the floor. 1 dirty and used washcloth (still damp) hanging in the shower. toilet paper holder broken. floors so dirty, my feet were practically black from walking around loose black hair all over the counter at the sink AC was either non-existent or a freezer - nothing in between.

A little disappointed. It was in a nice location and hotel looked nice from the outside. At first glance going in it looked acceptable but found the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Went and got cleaner and cleaned it myself. The safety latch for the front door was missing 2 mounting screws and the other 2 were partially unscrewed so it would not have stopped an intruder trying to get in. Bathroom door didn't latch and door and baseboards very dingy. Beds were comfortable though. A few quick fixes, some paint, and a competent cleaning person and they would have a very nice room. As is, not so good.

Check in took forever and there wasn’t even anybody else in line but us. After taking forever, they only gave us 1 room when I booked 2 rooms so had to wait again and take out my ID and credit card AGAIN. When I got to my room- the door opens and the shining sun reveals the floor is dirty with previous hairs and dirt and dust etc. I called front desk and ask for a broom bc floor was dirty. When the guy arrived, he just said “I want to see” after pointing out the dirtiness, no apology no remorse whatsoever, he just leaves with no explanation and didn’t even bring me a broom. Nobody came back and no reason why it was dirty, no communication at all. I DESPISE a dirty floor and there were dust bunnies on lamp shades AND a very worn out telephone in the room that DOESN’t even work!! The shower had black mold in the corners, they can at least attempt to spray it with Tilex! The mold was alive and apparent! It is unacceptable especially charging over $100 dollars for a night. I will not be supporting this Quality Inn ever again, i would rather spend $200 per night somewhere else. There is absolutely no quality at this Inn!

Facility was old and not clean. Shower had mildew. Under bath mirror has not been painted. You get what you pay for. If I wanted nicer, I guess I should have paid more. I did feel safe as the surroundings had ample lighting.

Room needed some major upkeep, very dark and dingy, the floors where very dirty, i took a shower with almost no pressure and had to wear shoes in the shower due to the lack of cleanliness (i would have been better off washing my hair in the sink then the shower due to having absolutely no water pressure). when getting out of the shower and doing my hair i had to reclean my feet again as they were black from walking on the floor after only 10 mins, i also had a very obnoxious light beaming through the window curtains all night from the hallway lights. i would give this room 1 star only and that is a stretch.

I was disappointed in little things that weren't finished, there was 2 refrigerators, one not plugged in the other leaked water. The air conditioner was loud abd didnt keep the room cool even being set at 60 degrees. The shower floor was not clean. The mattresses were terrible. Couldn't sleep well the entire time there. The room has potential, they just need to complete a room before having anyone stay in the room. The ice machine was nasty. The trash outside the rooms smelled from the heat. I realize they are renovating, hopefully it will get better. V. Brown

We stayed three nights. Had to change rooms because there were no chairs and the light fixtures were absent. Coffee pot did not work. Then given another room. Coffee pot did not work there either and the water pressure in the shower was but a small trickle. I doubt we'll ever dtay there again.

The staff was almost non existent we checked in on Friday untill Monday. We did get maid service Saturday but they never changed the sheets. The lights on the balcony were bright and on all night which would have been ok had the curtains fit the window. The door wasn't secure as it appeared to be missing the frame hardware. Very disappointed by this hotel.

It is definitely a “you get what you paid for” place but I would stay there again. The property is acceptable and nothing made us uncomfortable. There were issues with items needing repair. The only ice machine was out of order and there was a hole in the bathroom wall like someone had kicked it. The pool area is nice but the entire property needs a good thorough cleaning and touch up repairs. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Our biggest complaint was we had no housekeeping service for the 5 nights we were there. Beds were never made and we had to ask twice for fresh towels. Seems to be an understaffed family run business.

Great Potential!
This hotel has such great potential. There is a fantastic outdoor pool for kids and families. And some astroturf to play on as well. However it is a bit rough around the edges in the rooms. Cosmetic repairs... like no toliet paper dispenser and holes in the wall where it used to be... dirt on the walls, cereal dumped on the couches at the entrance. I love this hotel and the location... with a little TLC, this could be an amazing location.

Do not rent a room if you plan on sleeping. There is absolutely no mattress and felt like I was sleeping only on a box spring. King bed was cracked in the middle and kept rolling towards it. Toilet holder in bathroom was ripped off the wall and there was a HUGE black mold spot in the shower ceiling. Bed sheets are like paper. The pillows were nice and we came prepared with our own drinks which we stocked in the mini fridge. Mini fridge had drink holders which we appreciated. USB ports were broken on both sides of the bed. Will not come back and do not recommend.
