“Bad Service.Make sure you read reviews.I will never visit again”

The worst part of the whole experience was the service. I have never before received such a poor service in any hotels I stayed in. I have checked in to the three bedroom suite and had four adults in the room. I noticed there was almost no tissue paper on the rolls in any of the bathroom upon my check in. I made a trip downstairs to inform the front desk to send five rolls, as I did not want to ask for the paper every day and thought this would be sufficient. Several minutes later I had someone drop by the room and drop off one roll. Latter on that night have returned to the hotel and on the way I have asked for few more rolls. I was told to my surprise that I will not be getting any more because they had delivered five all ready. I tried to explain to the lady at the desk what happened, but she showed me a list with my room and had five rolls delivered. This turned into to a 10 minute argument over a toilet paper. Finally I expressed my filings and told the lady it is only toilet paper and I will buy my own which is what I had to do because she pointed to the list again and said if it is on the list it is what was delivered and they will no longer be making delivery to this room. Second day the maid service came by to clean the room, I had placed cards on all the beds for new sheets. I came back to the room that night and none of the sheets have been changed and only one bad had been made up. Nothing personal was left on the beds.

Hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly & courteous. The receptionist name Nancy was a very nice and friendly. She did everything she could to make us feel at home. Very helpful in telling us places to eat, and fishing for my son.

“Our best Mertyl Beach Stay”

This hotel is 10 minutes from the beach but worth the drive. Absolutely a great place for the price. Walk down the marina to the adjoining restaurant and enjoy the 4-7pm Happy Hour and 1/2 price appetizers. The restaurants in the area was great and the beach with public parking was outstanding! It even had an outdoor shower and bathroom!

“Not impressed”

The location was not where I expected. I wanted to stay in North Myrtle Beach, and that is what I requested in the search engine. The actual location was not where I wanted.

It was fine if you enjoy staying on a marina. It was considerable traveling to go to shows or out to eat. The ocean was even miles away.
