    “Great in many ways”

Very convenient to main town and airport. Staff was very nice. Room with heated jacuzzi has beautiful view from jacuzzi. Easy to rent car as rental car company brings car to entrance of hotel. Very quiet neighborhood. There was construction noise that we cd hear in our room starting early and lasting late and the mgr allowed us to use a 2nd room where there was no noise and we cd still use both rooms for no extra charge.

“Great customer service, nice spa, lovely hotel”

The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from Platis Gialos beach. We were given a free upgrade for our honeymoon to one of the king suites overlooking the water with a private pool. The suite was spacious and comfy, The rooms are nice but wouldn't say luxury. The bathroom was outdated but the private pool balcony made up for it. We were also given vouchers for complimentary thalassotherapy treatments which was very nice and relaxing! Staff was very professional and attentive. They offer great customer service. They provide complimentary transportation to and from the hotel as well. Would highly recommend.

    Getting there
There are two beaches near the hotel, Platis Gialos and Psarou beach. Platis Gialos has a fair share of restaurants. Psarou beach is for the moneymakers. We took a water taxi from Platis Gialos for about 5 or 8 euros pp to Paradise Beach. We also visit Super Paradise beach fro a few extra euros. Otherwise you can take the bus or taxi or rent ATV's or scooters. They drive crazy there so I wouldn't recommend ATV/scooter. There are only 30 taxis for the whole island and there are thousands of people visiting during peak season so taxi rides from Mykonos town can be a challenge and a long wait.

“Best customer service I've ever experienced!”

This hotel definitely lived up to its reputation. The location was wonderful, only a few hundred yards from the beach, resterants and bus stop into town. The view was amazing. The spa was relaxing. But the best part of the hotel had to be the service. My husband had a last minute job interview scheduled via Skype while in Mykono's. The recruiter that scheduled the interview insisted that he wear a business suit, which he of course did not have. The staff went out of their way to arrange a suit in his size for the interview, as well as providing him a quiet location to conduct the interview even though we had already checked out. I have never experience such service and would highly recommend it. The entire experience was amazing from the time they picked us up at the airport, to checkin when they gave us a hot towel and juice, to the trip back to the airport.

From the delicious and plentiful daily buffet breakfast in the beautiful restaurant over looking the gorgeous pool, to the pool bar, the front desk with all the suggestions of where to go and what to see, the spa with the HEAVENLY thalasso therapy, to the turn down service at night wher ethey even leave slippers out for us. Aaaahhhh what I wouldn't giv eto be back there right now. “Wonderful”

Since our arrival, my wife and I were positively surprised with the service. The staff has one of advantages that we consider the most difficult to achieve: pro-activity. They try to predict what will be our needs. The view of the sea is magnificent. The food is also very good.

    “Not 5 star!”

Our room had a terrace with a Jacuzzi and a great view! The room itself was very small considering the very high price we paid but the terrace compensated for everything, absolutely great to sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sunset! The room was cleaned 2 times a day which was good. Some things we didnt enjoy at this hotel, first and foremost I really disliked their staff and solely for this reason I wouldnt go back. I found that the staff is not genuinely nice, they pretend to be nice when you arrive but very soon they started to annoy us. If you ask them something they talk to you like you are a muppet on a 200dollar budget holiday, this shouldnt be the case in a 5star resort. Total lack of respect! Also their breakfast gets very boring after 2 days.., it is exactly the same, every day and really I have had better breakfast at 3-4star hotels. The hotel also has an annoying rule, the dont allow you to bring your own beverage to the room, of course they want you to pay 3-4euros per bottle of 250ml of Evian.. we of course didnt follow this rule and bought water from the local supermarket. I would rate this hotel as a 4 star resort, if it had been advertised as 4 star and the price would have been lower then I would recommend it. But for a 5 star you expect more, especially from the staff.

    Traveller's tip
Rent a quad bike or a scooter, the hotel is far away from everything except the local beach. If you want to enjoy Mykonos you need your own ride. Forget about taxis, they are hard to come by and charge too much.

    “Expensive but excellent”

Excellent service; excellent facilities; my impression may be influenced by a free room upgrade. It's a personal choice whether the setting and service are worth the money. For me, the answer was yes, just about.

    “fine settimana a myconos”

Colazione all'altezza della categoria. Consiglio di cenare al ristorante dell'Hotel che merita stelle Michelin.
