Was not impressed with our stay. We booked a non smoking king size bed room, the bed was just two twins placed beside each other so we kept sliding into the crack the bed and sheets were all stayed up. It stank of cigarettes and marijuana also there were cigarette butts by the bed. The couch had dirty socks and dirt hanging out of it and on it. There was roaches crawling on the counter and in the bathroom.

the sheets had burn holes in them. the bathroom door handle was barely hanging on no plug for the tub. the microwave was cracked. the smoke alarm was missing. On the plus side no Bugs the staff was great on check in.

They had roaches everywhere the room smelled like old cigars even tho it was a smoking room I’ve been to plenty motels and hotels where they did not smell as horrible as that room also the sheets were not clean we used our own blankets pillows n sheets smh do not recommend this motel to nobody staying nor visiting Muskogee

The smell of the office was horrible and smelled like mold. We could park in front of door of our room. The property looked uncared for. Inside the room was equally dirty and worn out. It smelled old and unclean.

Not a great stay.
We had a roach on the door frame and the top sheet was full of burn holes. There was also a tick in our bed. The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall.

As soon as we got into the room we saw little bugs (probably roaches). We call the from desk and she just moved us 2 rooms down. And the rooms were not the cleanest either. Won't be going back there.

COCKROACHES
We came in dropped our suitcases off and went and got dinner. Came back and decided to take a shower. Turned on the shower then the lights. There was cockroaches ALL OVER THE PLACE!!Called the office and she put us next door. Got into my suitcase and there were cockroaches in it!!!! Unbelievable..... let them know and NOTHING!! I had 3 day's there. We ended up going to my Aunt's house because of the roaches!! I expected her to AT LEAST to give me 1 room refund but no!! We won't be back at all !!!

The room stunk when we got there. Clearly, smokers are allowed as it reeked of cigarettes. The first night wasn't bad noise wise, the second there was a party of escorts next to us and a dog barking. The sink in the bathroom needed repairs, there was no way to plug it up. There were roaches in the tub crawling around. We were afraid to take off our shoes for fear of the floor being dirty. The dust ruffle looked like it had semen on it. Place was disgusting!

The staff I talked to were extremely friendly and tried to be accommodating. The room was disgusting, nasty bed linens with blood on them and to make matters worse, I was told there were no clean linens. The gentleman at the front desk offer to move us to a different room. The toilet seat was broke! Cockroach on wall. Bath towel hadn’t been washed it was covered in makeup!!! Floors were so dirty you didn’t want to take your shoes off!!! Would never stay there again!

The room had a busted window, rhe whole room was dirty, filthy furniture bedding and smelled awful. I walked in, looked around and walked right out and asked for a refund immediately.

Worst experience ever
The room smelled musty/moldy. Black mold in the bathroom, unable to use tub (no plug). Plastic bag wrapped around smoke detector (fire code violation). The bag had been there a long time as it had been painted around. Needed to use tissue to kill bugs around the room. Worst experience at a Wyndham hotel.

I brought a big group of 22 and rented 7 rooms, the rooms did not have pull-out couches as instructed on site, that was 1. One room has bedbugs and they refused to refund, one room had bullet hole in mirror and the door had been kicked in at one point in the past so didn't shut correctly, no maid service after 1st day, was overall a bad experience and I spoke with the front desk and manager to no resolution. DO NOT STAY WITH FAMILY OR BRING YOUR STUFF IN.

I was told at check-in that i could have late check out, 12pm. At 11am, housekeeping started knocking and front desk called saying they dont have late checkout. The room had dead bugs in the floor. Cleaning was not thorough. Only one bath towel in the room.

Nasty Hotel
The first room I was assigned was disgusting, I have never seen a room so nasty. It looked like pop beside the bed, floor was extremely dirty, bugs behind bed, flies in room, toliet seat broken, hardly no toliet paper, missing fire detector, mold on walls, tube look like blood stains, also it was a smoking room- nasty, comforter had burn holes all over, and I could go on forever. Philip at the front desk was really nice and professional and felt really bad. He gave me another room 100 times better but still felt gross sleeping here after the first room. I slept with my own blanket did not want to touch any of there sheets or blanket.

The front desk clerk didn't even come out of the office to talk face to face. There was a phone in the lobby area with directions to call of you needed assistance. When I called he said the system was down and he wasn't going to check me in. He did not try to problem solve an existing reservation just told me to go elsewhere. He was rude and sounded like he was sleeping when he picked up the phone.

Room smelled. Sheets and bedding old and very thin. Furnishings also old and in disrepair. Toilet seat was worn and scratched Breakfast consisted of two cereal dispensers. No bowls or even milk for the cereal. One coffee dispenser and it was empty upon check in. Also emptied into tiny cup upon checkout.
