"Comfort in the heart of Rome"
Comfortable B&B in the heart of Rome. Many restrictions on check in and check out time. Nice continental breakfast but not great. Loved the location and the view.

"Great apartment in city centre location"
Stayed for 3 nights. Was a great location to base ourselves to see all sites. Close to Spagna metro station proved excellent in us able to see all that we wanted to see. The apartment itself is in a lovely street (Frattina) with restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is an unusual concept and is not your typical hotel which actually added a true feeling of being a part of Rome's culture (we were practically on the city's door step). Imagine living in an art deco apartment in the middle of Rome with double doors to get into the actual building and marble stairway up to the apartment with a cage lift which looks like something out of a movie. We stayed in Apartment #1960 which was spotlessly clean and was maintained each day. Each day we had breakfast brought up to our room (A coffee, juice and some italian sweet pastries). It wasn't much but itgot us set for the day nicely and to be honest when I've booked apartments in the past they tend to be room only so we saw this as a nice touch/bonus.

"Great location and helpful staff"
The location is only a few blocks from the Spanish steps on a pedestrian only street with lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff booked all of our tours and transportation, which made it very convenient. Breakfast was provided each morning, and there is a 24 hour desk. It is an older property, so don't expect it to look like the Ritz.

"Decent but we would try another next time."
Good hotel. Smell of cigarette smoke in the room. They kept trying to cover it up with strong chemicals. We had to air the room each time we entered it. The breakfasts were ok but the capacity of the dining room was so small that we had to wait for a table one morning for 20 minutes.

"Comfortable apartment in a historic palace"
Staying at he Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte is a unique experience worth the price. Located in an old centrally located palace (a few short blocks away from Spanish Steps) there are three spacious apartments that afford different levels of comfort and luxury. The Princess Pia Suite in which we stayed (the simplest one) consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. Decorated with old fashioned furniture the suite is and feels essentially like home and not a hotel. Windows face the courtyard and provide a virtually complete silence. Continental breakfast is served in your room on a white tablecloth. The suite does not lack modern conveniences either: there are two flat screen TV sets, wireless internet and air conditioning if needed. You are provided with a complete set of keys to return at the time o your choice and a free cell phone for the duration of your stay. The apartment is so welcoming and relaxing that you wish you could stay in it all day rather than explore the city. We could not book either of the more luxurious, higher level suites so we cannot comment on them. The place would be perfect for a family or group of four or five people to appreciate the extra space and privacy. I assume that the welcome juice and a bottle of wine mentioned by other reviewers must apply to more expensive apartments or things have changed as we were not offered them. Overall Residenza Ruspoli Bonaparte is a rare opportunity to spend time in a real palace in the heart of Rome

"Cozy hotel in a perfect location at good price"
We arrive Roma Termini and took a taxi to the hotel. Due to its location (very close to the Piazza di Espagna), and having "Piazza di Espagna" in the name of the hotel, the taxi drivers refused to drive to the hotel doorstep, and we had to walk the luggage the last couple blocks. Other than this, the experience was first class.
