Very clean, very nice. Beautiful Hotel. Nice continental breakfast. Beautiful seating area with fireplace upon entry. Friendly staff. Drinks, water, soft drinks offered upon entry, easy check in. Nice spaceous room with spaceous bathroom. Plenty of Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower and lotion in bathroom. Ironing board, hair dryer, mono fridge and microwave. Name with welcome programmed into t.v., charging station. I was very pleased with my stay

The bad, my TV was broken, and did not get compensated for that lady at the desk said she would let the manager know.2nd night was better they gave me another room with a TV that worked.

We liked everything except we had to wait a half hour for someone to come to the front desk. There was nobody around. We were about to leave when finally a young lady came from around the corner and assisted us. We had tried calling, but there was no answer twice.

My wife and I have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country. These folks on staff here are far and away the friendliest people anywhere. We will make a point to visit Murphy again and stay here.

The hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and what smelled like dirty feet. The towels were very thin and scratchy. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Positives were that it was very quiet and the breakfast was good. The lady who was working at breakfast was very nice and very friendly and helpful. Hampton Inns aren’t like they used to be. At least not this one.

The property manager by the name of Bryant Nichols is a prick! No customer service skill whatsoever, should have worked at a job to insult people instead. Terrible front receptionist without much training. DID not know what to do when there is an issue. Check in guest first before you can resolve your own internal Bryant Nichols is prick issue.. horrible staff

The cleaning policy (only every 4 days) leaves people putting wet towels and trash bags in the hallway (disgusting!). I requested cleaning 2 times. The wet towels/trash were picked up on day 3. Sheets were never changed. Will likely never stay at Hampton again.

The mattress is very old and the sliding door to the stand up shower fell on to me while taking a shower. It is very old and the price value is not in line with the star rating or brand

I will never return to Hampton Inn, a place that I thought was above the low standards I witnessed..miniscule tiny room, and when I entered, a terrible damp and musty odor. Actually got a headache that probably wasn't as bad as the aggravation of any attempt to get another room after driving nearly 600 miles would've caused.
