I booked this place thru Expedia and when I arrived I found it to be a motel, not a hotel! It was dirty, had a terrible smell, had blood on the curtain, and the door didn't have a proper seal to it. The door was closed but, you could push on it so it wasn't secure at all! The hotel staff told me that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund but, they wouldn't refund my money after all of these complaints. I looked at the room before having my family enter because it didn't look nice at all from the outside and it wasn't at all! I wouldn't have even allowed my dog to stay there! Horrible, horrible!! Do not book with Expedia, they will not refund your money in circumstances like these. They shouldn't allow places like this to book on their site! False advertisement at its highest!

I don’t typically leave reviews. The rooms smelled terrible. The facility noted “recently updated”—-it was not. It was filthy stinky and would not come back.

Stayed for 6 days, on day 3 of our trip housekeeping came while we were gone for the afternoon and had thrown away many very important personal items. Went to the office upon returning realizing someone had been in our room and the gentleman said to come in the morning and speak with management. It was a windy day the Do Not disturb sign was blown off the door, They had called the housekeeper down and she admitted that was thrown away. Day 4 of the trip the water was shut off mid shower, I again went to the office and had to argue to get the water turned back on to rinse. I was informed at that time they had chosen the time when no one should be in the shower. I said they should have notified guest that the water was going to be shut off for a period of time. day 6 we had secured the do not disturb sign to our door, I was pulling up and noticed the managers wife at our door again, my spouse opened the door and was standing behind it due to not being dressed. She claimed she wanted to talk to me. She then proceeded to tell me that because we had declined housekeeping she needed to “check” the room. I declined due to the fact housekeeping had already been in and removed personal items. She got upset and called her husband Mack the manager, at which time we were told to leave and banned from property.

Hotel staff entered our room after the do not disturb sign came off from the wind, the house keeper threw away some very important personal items. After bringing it to the managers attention I was told she was not at fault. 2 days later after declining housekeeping the managers wife was at the door. We did have the do not disturb sign in view. We were told that because we had declined housekeeping they needed to come in and check the room. After declining them entrance for multiple reasons we were told to leave and not come back to the property. During our stay we did however notice an increased police presence. Multiple undercover officers for reasons unknown. Water was randomly shut off mid shower, this entire trip was a nightmare. I let them know I would be submitting this review and was told they expected it. My advice stay away from this hotel unless you want your room gone through while you are not in it.

Easy access to I-24 and quite a few resteraurants within 1 mile. If you forgot something there is also a Walmart, Sams, or Target nearby. Onsite breakfast is so-so, but remember this is not 4 or 5 star territory, the basics are there and the coffee is pretty good and plentiful. My bed was quite comfortable and the location quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

For my wife and I, the property felt uncomfortable. The room we were assigned had an unpleasant slight scent. My wife and I forgot to bring soap, the courtesy bars of soap the hotel gives the visitors was taken the next day during room service and the 3 days we stayed there the cleaning person did not give us more bars (though we bought some the same day). There were transients very close by and people just passed out in their cars in the parking lot. My wife and I will not be booking our stay with them ever again. Oh, there was a lady at front desk one morning who went out of her way to fulfill a request for my wife and me. I don’t know her name but she deserve a good review.

The hotel looked nice and updated, but our room door dead bolt and safety lock were non-functional, the sink was stopped up and took an incredibly long time to drain, and the shower bar was improperly installed resulting in a terrible sag that prevented the curtain from staying closed causing water to flood the floor. The breakfast was scant to say the least, only a few pieces of toast and bagels, two yogurts and batter for waffles. My two sons each got the only yogurts (literally the last two items remaining in the fridge) and they were both spoiled/curdled. The front desk staff was nice, the coffee and waffles were good, and the beds were comfortable.

The stay was okay, it would've been better if there wasn't a mix up about whether or not we paid for our dog and if all of our key cards worked(had to keep going to the front desk to get them fixed) The rooms were nice but the sheets could have been cleaned better. The breakfast options were decent. Not a lot of options for hot food items though. The location is actually nice, lot of store and restaurant options nearby. There's a waffle house and gas station right beside the hotel. The staff were okay, no real complaints besides what was stated above. Overall, had a decent stay. *Little advice for those who stay, when using the remotes, make sure you point them at the black box[modem] and not the tv. Took us a while to figure that out*

Breakfast disappointing. Very little there. Room just okay. Grounds littered & unkept. Didn't feel really safe in parking area. Someone had been ill in the night outdoors next to our room.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was clean but it smelled like cigarettes, the main area has been up dated and attractive, but… the bathroom was definitely the evidence of the cigarette smell. The tub had 4-5 cigarette burns on the edge!! The floor of the tub looked dirty but I believe it’s where the non slip had worn off. Would stay again but not in a room that had previously been a smoking room!!

When I checked in the room I was given was smoke dirty. It stunk ! I had to get a different room which had sinks that were clogged. The staff was most accomodating.
