The good looking modern hotel with the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. Asking for ice is equivalent to going to a store nearby and buy it for €4.50. Struggled with AC as the controller had few illogical buttons. Expedia lied about a gym - not actually included. It is €6 per session, not per 24 hours as advised by a receptionist. Would not stay here again. NO.

Excellent Hotel
I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was very clean, had fresh decor and gave an excellent feeling of relaxation. I was here on business and during the covid pandemic so unfortunately didn’t get to use many of the facilities but from what I could see these were in excellent condition and I would defo go back in the future.

Overall Excellent, just parking
Excellent as always, staff are friendly, very convenient for business. Good value and on the direct tram link to Murcia Ctr a couple of kilometres away. Parking can be busy, but has underground hotel car park at a cost, usually plenty of places there due to cost.

A bit away from the action, but ok room choice.
The room was fine. All the comforts expected. We enjoyed that it was very quiet. The downfall is this is a bit removed from the action in town. The tram does stop a block south of the hotel entrance. Anyways, an ok choice. We did not use the pool, there was a sign in the elevator that said 6 Euros to enjoy the spa area. It might be an extra, so if your considering this facility be prepared that it might be an extra charge.

Shocking
The hotel was clean the rooms comfortable The service at this hotel is shocking On arrival there was a mix up with the booking the attitude of the staff to this was irritation. We asked about car hire and were told the hotel did not do it . They with some reluctance printed us Information from the internet and left us to find our own way. in the hotel the first evening we ordered lasagne fish and ravioli . The three lasagne were completely frozen in the centre and the fish still raw. The meals were changed but it is very difficult here as the staff do not speak very good English. We came down for Breakfast the following day there was small sausages and bacon The sausages were completely uncooked and cold. The buffet it's self was not one of the best I have seen . That evening we came down to get a drink at the bar to be told it was closed there was no prior warning that this was going to be the case . We had asked to be moved to an executive room with a coffee machine. They did move us free of charge for 3 nights but the room only had a kettle not the machine advertised The hotel does not have it's own pool they use the leisure centre next door. We spoke to the manager reference all these issues who said she would come back to us on all the points we had raised, including the 26 euro it cost us exit the car park because they did not explain the procedure to us . She never came back with anything and when I asked I was told she was not on that day.

Does not have a pool
Booked for the indoor pool. Asked where the pool was and surprised to be directed out of the front door to the public sports centre. Told could add the €5 power visit cost to my bill. No thanks. Middle of business area so nothing for tourists but tram to Murcia outside €1.05 each way, be warned - they stop running at 11.20, quite a walk back.

The facilities where none, found it very disappointing had to pay extra 500 euros just to use the facilities also prices in restaurant varied so much a cup of tea was anything from 1 to 2 euros

Since you arrived in our hotel, three hours in advance of the check in time and with the hotel full the day before we try to give you the rooms as soon as possible. About your resevation it was in only room so all the extras like breakfast, bar, restaurant, spa or sport center are out of the rate of your room. About the prices in restaurant it´s depend of the kind of drink you required.

Very clean hotel with Friendly Staff
It is a hotel that is very clean and the staff are very friendly. My friend and I arrived at the hotel quite late but the staff were still very helpful in making room arrangement and providing guidance for local attraction. This is a hotel that I will stay again if I travel in Murcia.

good hotel and very convenient
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (Thursday Friday) and we travelled to it after driving Alicante following a flight from uk, arriving around midnight. Easy to find off the main a7 motorway. Good hotel but room was at front and traffic noise was a slight issue but would not put me off booking again. Also bins being emptied at 2 each morning was a problem. Nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries provided. Breakfast was good but perhaps a bit expensive for what it was. It's about 5 mins out of the city centre but there is a very convenient and regular tram service right outside the hotel which is great.

Convenient position, clean and tidy.
A modern, clean and tidy hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have stayed there many times and never been disappointed. The recent addition of a bar and quality room service add to the experience.

It was a one night stay in Murcia for business. Excellent place, excellent price for the quality you get. Couldn't adjust air conditioner to go below 25.5 degrees Celsius so I opened the window.

Fantastic find.
A great hotel and one that I can't believe cost so little. Large room with comfortable beds, well furnished and with an amazing bathroom, great pool right next door (although is 5 euros to use), helpful staff and a really modern and well designed feel, perfect for myself and my son when driving back through Spain to France. Only downside is that there isn't anything to do close by, but that's a minor point.

Excellent business hotel with complimentary Wireless internet (in rooms as well), plus access to gym next door which has a 25m swimming pool. Reasonable price and good breakfast included.

The hotel is quite new and smart. The décor is nice, if a little plain. Perhaps a couple of large-ish displays of flowers in the dining room/lounge? the staff were all very efficient and helpful and the location is only a few minutes from the motorway. The rooms are nice and with good beds. It is not in the town centre, but a business customer or someone breaking a long journey will not be concerned with that. Overall a nice, stylish hotel

Great hotel for a weekend break
Although the hotel was a little out of the main centre a tram stop was nearby which took you directly to the city centre. You would need to obtasin a ticket from the machine beside the tram stop. Swimming pool was next to hotel and you had to buy a swiminghat for 2 euros 50. The hotel was clean and well kept, reception were also very friendly.

10 minutes by Tram into town.
Good quality Hotel. Note the Pool and Gym are next Door and open to the Public. You have to pay 4 euro to use the Gym. Never used the Pool as it always seemed busy. The Gym was of good standard. The Trams run every 10 to 15 minutes into the city centre. Rooms of a very good standard. The receptionists could benefit from taking some 'happy pills'.

Excellent modern hotel. We got a great rate. Huge comfortable bed. Didn't eat there. It's a couple of miles from Murcia centre, but frequent trams will take you there. Pool / spa bit expensive at 12 euros a dip! Would use it again. Great value.

food is the issue
because of the location, there isn't a lot of local establishments to choose from for eating, in fact drawing a circle around the hotel of a 2-3 block area there aren't any worthwhile eating establishments. For dinner the hotel does have a pretty good menu and the food is a delight and well presented at pretty reasonable prices.

Le café de la machine était degeulasse et il n'était pas possible d'avoir un expresso sans payer de supplément. Lundi, je ne savais pas rentre avec ma clé. Et puis, la chasse est restée bloquer, j'ai dû changer de chambre. Celle qu'on m'avait donné ne s'ouvrait pas. On m'a donné une autre chambre. Il faisait 25 degrés et je ne savais pas diminuer la temperature. J'ai dormi fenêtre ouverte et signaler le problème le lendemain matin. Ca été solutionné le mardi. C'est beaucoup de choses pour un court séjours et un hôtel 4 etoiles.
