This is a nice hotel and would think if there was not a Covid19 situation it would probably do well. Somewhere along the line they have lost there customer care, the queues at meal time can be annoying as although it’s eat what you like buffet you only have one person to a station who has to do every person in the queue, at busy times the queues were back to the way in, there are about four bars but over our stay the only bar open was the outside pool bar, and during the nighttime opening they only had one bar staff on and at times we had to wait 30 minutes in a queue to be served, and we went on all inclusive basis. This was the worst staff situation I have ever saw in any hotel over my 67 years, I don’t normally have a moan but I complain three times in the three nights we were there and asked for a complaint form, not until the last night was i given a form and then they gave me I think an accident form instead. My opinion to anyone is not to use this hotel until at least this situation is over and the management realize more staff is needed.
