Happy to return.
As on previous visits this hotel suits our requirements. The staff are cheerful and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful position on the Mar Menor.

Not particularly memorable.
kitchen staff kept removing plates when unfinished, left my table on one occasion to top up my coffee, I was gone no more than a minute, I returned to find the toast that I had just had to queue up for had gone, the table cleared and the cigarettes I'd left to indicate I hadn't left were in the hand of the cleaner who was walking away. I was stuck in an lift with 6 others and no air-con for twenty minutes. The fairly poor room air-con was continually leaking onto the room floor, I could hear everything from the room next door. House maids were exceptional and very pleasant. Overall, hotel a bit tired.

Amazing stay!
It was very happy with the holetel, the room, the serive, and room woh games for my kids and the beach that my wife enjoyed very much. I would really recomned this hotel for family travels.

Disappointing and long queues.
Disappointing and chaotic. Long queues to check in, eat, catch the lift. Unable to park. Sewage smell near pool bar. Dirty sunloungers. Unhelpful staff - apart from Alfonso who was great. Air con in bedroom was very poor at a time when it was really needed and we had a room right next to the lift which was very noisy. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

This is a nice hotel and would think if there was not a Covid19 situation it would probably do well. Somewhere along the line they have lost there customer care, the queues at meal time can be annoying as although it’s eat what you like buffet you only have one person to a station who has to do every person in the queue, at busy times the queues were back to the way in, there are about four bars but over our stay the only bar open was the outside pool bar, and during the nighttime opening they only had one bar staff on and at times we had to wait 30 minutes in a queue to be served, and we went on all inclusive basis. This was the worst staff situation I have ever saw in any hotel over my 67 years, I don’t normally have a moan but I complain three times in the three nights we were there and asked for a complaint form, not until the last night was i given a form and then they gave me I think an accident form instead. My opinion to anyone is not to use this hotel until at least this situation is over and the management realize more staff is needed.

Lovely Hotel
We had a lovely time for our 50 th Anniversary , it was the perfect location for a restful few days. Although I didn’t realize there was entertainment on until midnight outside. So we joined in as there no chance of sleeping 😃🌴🌞

Great hotel with great views
Lovely hotel, very welcoming. Room was nice with a great view over the Mar Menor. The beds are super comfy. Food was buffet style (we had breakfast and dinner) plenty of choice and a couple of show cooking stations, food on the buffet wasn't the hottest but there are a few microwaves to warm it up if you want. The hotel backs onto the Mar Menor which is extremely shallow and still, we walk out really far looking at the fish and the water didn't come above our thighs. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach and by the the pool. The only thing I didn't like was the lifts, they are super slow and were always full.

Lovely hotel with excellent, friendly staff. Evening entertainment really good. Food was in normal buffet style, reasonable choices and quick replenishment. Drinks included with half board package very welcome. The only reason for marking down the comfort rating was that the hotel would not turn on the A/C in the room as they said the weather was not hot enough. The temperatures when we were there averaged about 25C during the day and the room became very hot at night unless the balcony door was left open, resulting in many mosquito bites in spite of using repellent. The local area was disappointing as there were no local bars within short walking distance, and the area was fairly run down.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food with plenty of choice covering all tastes. Fresh fruit every morning and eggs cooked to order. Lovely walk-in shower. Bus stop very close for those without own transport. Fantastic view overlooking Mar Menor from our room at back of hotel which also overlooked swimming pool and private beach.

Clean,comfortable and bright. Management and staff very amenable. Breakfast with an estimated five hundred other people hectic but it was all there. Evening meal theme nights interesting. Ideal hotel should you have children up to the age of fifteen. Mar Menor side lovely views.

I found the bar staff outside slow and rude. They tried to charge me €80 Of someone else's bum. Also charged different prices for the same drinks. The friendliest people were the cleaners. Choice of food was good but cold.

Great hotel near the Mediterranean and Mar Menor
I was pleasantly surprised by everything this hotel had to offer. The new chain running the hotel has really improved the quality of the rooms, food and entertainment. Also, the hotel has a great price for La Manga.

Old Hotel and not very friendly
This is an older hotel in a more run down area. We checked in having never been in Spain before, the desk clerk was not friendly or helpfull - however got us our room asap. Internet did not work. Carpets, sheets and furnishing of the room were very old and a little smelly. The building it's self was very run down and in need of repair. Positives - right on the bay side with a nice beach and pool. Just remember this hotel caters to people who stay weeks, not days therefore the discount is by the number of days you stay there.

Fantastic position; essentially a private beach, pool with plenty of sunloungers, sunset views from the cocktail bar; couldn’t ask for a better setting. Some mosquito presence in the dining room and lifts. Really friendly and helpful staff. A great overnight stay 😎.
