We had a wonderful stay in munchen palace hotel in Munich. Beautiful room, helpful staff. Location was perfect. A little outside of centre which made it quiet. However the distance is walkable with the luxury of very handy public transport if feeling lazy.
The breakfast at this hotel is the best we have ever had anywhere. Very expensive if not included in room rate so get it if you can. If not treat yourself to it at least on one morning - worth every cent.high standards all the way.

Clean, comfortable and very helpful friendly staff.
Would stay here again.
We didn't eat at the hotel as it seemed a bit pricey and we preferred to try the local restaurants but the breakfasts were excellent.
Location is fine. Neighborhood is quiet, close to U-bahn and several nearby Italian restaurants. The staff and included European breakfast are excellent. Cost of in-room Wi-fi was 57 Euros for a five day stay. The room was clean and large enough. It needed an additional chair and updated curtains and carpet in the room. The room charge of $262 was a good value. The room charge of $453 for the 3 days that were in the Octoberfest "window" was too high. All things considered, I would definitely stay there again.
After travelling 15 hours, I found the Astor hotel staff welcoming and hospitable, allowing me an early check-in after an overnight flight. The location is prima: a short walk from the main train station and the old town Munich sights.

My daughter and I spent three nights at the Hotel Exquisit and truly enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient to train system. We took S1 from the Munich airport to main train station, then transferred to U3, hotel was just one stop. Coming up from U3 at Sendlinger Tor we were right at one end of pedestrian shopping area. We found the staff to be very accommodating. They arranged our day trips (castles, and Dauchau) and had recommendations for close by dining. The breakfast buffet was included with our rooms, and while we are not big breakfast eaters, it was nice to have coffee and a light breakfast before our busy days of sightseeing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Soundproof windows were great.
