Absolutely awful stay roomswere tiny w end up buying another room which was so expensive. Staff was verry rude food terrible 2 wegitch8chen which was not cooked inside staff was really not friendly.4*hotel Absolutely should be ashamed of themselves we came for family week day after Christmas at was disasters never ever back there again and definitely not recommended thos place.STAy AWAY!

There is no slippers in the rooms. We ordered but they told us tomorrow we will bring it. So our accommodation was only one night.
Check in was seamless and the staff were friendly and met each of my needs. The area in which the hotel is located in just outside of downtown munich but with an underground station 500m from the hotel it was simple enough travel to Marienplatz etc. The rooms are large enough for guests with a very simple layout. My only negative would be that the shower does not have strong enough water pressure. I would not hesitate to stay at the Marriott Munich in the future
Marriott Munich is a wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Me and my husband stayed for 10 days, and we enjoyed. It was also nice to see familiar faces on a daily basis that knew us and were always kind to us. Rooms were cleaned daily. Greatly appreciated the staff.
I had a fantastic time during my 1 night stay, however I'm irked by the unclear instructions of parking. $30 for parking validation after thinking you paid for parking on top of everything else is not the best way to end my or anyone elses stay.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The lady at the restaurant entrance who greeted us every morning with a big smile put us in a great mood to explore. The room was clean and quiet, and serviced frequently. Everything we needed was a train ride away, with a Saturday market as a bonus. Will definitely stay here again.
We like that they let us check in early as we were so tired from the trip. But I didn't like many things like the fact that my son's bed was not made, they never give us enough towels I had to leave a message every day to the cleaners and leave tip and even then we didn't get everything we asked for. We asked to change the bedding because we sweat so much during the night and they did not change it even though I asked. I booked this hotel for the swimming pool for my son and for the last night it was closed due to maintenance and my son was devastated he cried so much and the staff didn't care whatsoever they didn't offer us anything. I am disappointed with this hotel overall. Staff not very friendly either apart from one or two people who was a little bit better than the majority. Also at the pool one of the evenings some kids were running around and jumping in the pool so much that it really made me leave the facility.
Yannick went above and beyond to help us with anything at all.
All of the staff was lovely, kind and helpful.
I normally don't give reviews but this has us changing to Marriott permanently. Thank you

The property are in good location.we stayed for one week price are fair for value . But staff need to be trained on the basic hotel customer service . I checked out today and some one toke my luggage to bring it down as I am checking , It toke me 30 minutes to look for my luggage after asking the reception three times he located the luggage in the garage I almost missed my train . I asked the reception also to book for me taxi after checking out and she asked how many of you I said 7 note that I stayed there for one week with three rooms with 7 people the total . I was shocked she order 7 taxis for us !
In conclusion I think most of the people who are staying at the hotel are family’s . So the need to add porter for luggage. Also they are lack of training a big chain like the Marriott and I trust they can turn it around fast .
This is a big hotel with newly updated rooms and lobby. Room was clean and lovely and staff were friendly. This was not a great location for my family's vacation. Not much around the area without a pretty significant walk or 20 min or so on the subway that is a couple of blocks away.
The hotel condition is very good, staff are nice and professional, convenient to go to the old town and the English garden

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, didn't let us in our room until 4:30. Was not offered any sort of compensation for our time (family of 4 with two littles). When I asked if they could make it right...i was offered two free beverages. I would have liked a touch more sensitivity to my predicament.
Spacious room. Modern.
Fantastic spa and gym facilities.
Friendly approachable staff, very friendly to our toddlers.
Breakfast is expensive and alright lots of variety but realistically not great value.
The rooms are a perfect size for a couple. Comfortable bed, clean, quiet, & cozy. Staff from the front desk, restaurants, bar, & housekeeping, were all professional & friends.

Good room, great breakfast. Elevators were not all working.
