“Great Swiss Hospitality”

I chose this hotel based on it's location and good reviews but did not expect a little bit of Switzerland experience. The food was very good, especially the Saturday brunch. My only complaint was that you could not get english subtitles on the TV and there were few English speaking channels. Otherwise it was great. I would stay again without hesitation.

“Clean, quiet and conveniently located”

It was just what we needed before heading back home after an exhausting 3 week vacation. The room was clean, hotel quiet despite of being located close to the airport, couldn't have asked for anything more.

“Close to the airport and very comfortable!”

This hotel featured two double beds instead of kings, which was my first nice surprise. The food at the bar was delicious (this was the late night menu so also a nice surprise.) As soon as I hit my bed I was asleep, this is an excellent sign for me! Great hotel!

“Pretty good”

The hotel was in a good location for our final night and heading to Munich airport. The room was nice, however extremely warm. The AC didn't seem to help much and we needed to keep the window open, which allowed insects in the room. The internet was 3 Euros for an hour, but worked well. There were charges for parking also as well as the shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was very good, but a little pricey. All in all a little over priced, but a pleasant stay.

“Great hotel for Munich Airport”

Lovely hotel - very new - rooms were large and very comfortable. Parking does cost 10 euros per night and there is an internet fee of 12 euros per day.

“Good choice for Munich airport”

Apart from waiting for the bus (thirty minute frequency - ir take a cab) this is a great place if you arrive late or need to leave early from the airport in Munich. Really comfy room and good food with things available most hours of day or night. Much better than average airport hotel.

“Hidden Charges”

The hotel had excellent food and the front desk is very helpful with your needs. The only complaint I can voice is they don't tell you there is a charge for the shuttle service. The shuttle picks you up at the airport and bring you to the hotel, the next day when you check out there is a heafty fee per person for the service. I feel this should be included in the cost of the room. Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel.

Area recommendations

Munich is a beautiful and very friendly city and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Germany. We had a wonderful time.

“Very impressed”

Our only negative comment would be that the room was very warm and the cool air didn't seem to be working. We didn't spend much time in the room so we did not ask for assistance in correcting the situation. I found the staff very attentive and helpful on every matter and feel certain they would have assisted if requested.

“smelled like smoke”

Booked a non-smoking room. When arrived at our room, room smelled like stale smoke. Spoke to front desk and was told that maybe someone was smoking in the room before us, and housekeeping was told to keep the window open to help with the smell. Were not offered another room. Also, hotel shuttle from airport is 8 Euros each way, which is expensive. Wi-Fi was not free, had to pay 5 Euros for 3 hours.

“Nice hotel. Expedia had some info wrong.”

Nice hotel. Only 10 minute drive to airport. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was Expedia said hotel had free breakfast. Hotel actually charged $25 for breakfast.
