The hotel is located quite near the main rail station and is conveniently located. For new guests it is confusing because there is no reception service and everything is done online.

The room is cute and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly. I get to check in early with no extra fee. Also, the hotel is close to the train and bus station, a few minutes walk which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great customer service and very friendly. We stayed two days and happy with our stay. The only thing is it was a warm weekend and the blanket was quite thick.

Lovely hotel in the city center. Very walkable and easy access to the train station. Lots of good food around the corner as well as grocery stores. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The main Kings Hotel where we made a reservation was undergoing renovation. When we arrived at the front desk they told us to go to a sister hotel nearby. When we arrived at the other hotel it was confusing because there is no front desk. We had to go to a third location to learn that check-in at the second location was automated. At the first location, they said they sent us an email message informing us of the change, but we never received it.

A nice little hotel. We were upgraded to this hotel as there were other works going on at our original hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main central areas of music, but that didn’t bother us. Thanks for a great stay!

although check in was self service Moritz was on hand to take me through the process step by step also told me of a few good restaurants nearby and was always friendly and helpful as where all the staff I encountered on my stay, My room was clean and tidy though a bit on the small side but as I was on my own was big enough. Found the bed to be extremely comfortable. On the downside while free tea and coffee are provided at reception there are no tea making facility's provided in the rooms also there was a lack of larger cups for tea. Area around hotel is not the nicest but think that will always be the case with any hotel right in the centre of a city and you can't get much more central than this hotel. Overall loved my stay here and if circumstances allow will definitely stay here again

I like the policy of getting a voucher if you don't require the cleaning service. The voucher can be used for having discount in the breakfast. Also, it is near the Munich Central Station in which you can travel to different tourist attractions easily. It is also nice to have tea and water at the lobby for customers.

Pleasant stay
We booked at the kings hotel and were sent an email with a change to the other hotel. The kings hotel was closed due to Christmas and there was no breakfast. The hotel that we were switched to was very very clean, walking distance to everything and easy transportation. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice, had an outside terrace with Christmas lights. It was an easy self checkin. There’s an independent cafe that sells breakfast. Highly recommend it

It was a conveniently placed hotel for all transport modes and in walking distance to the Christmas Markets. The staff were welcoming especially the reception man Mr Winkler, he gave lots of advice and helped with several queries we had about travelling and best rail tickets to purchase. Our room was clean and tidy on arrival and throughout our stay. It was a reasonable sized room for a hotel room in a major city. The only two downsides which were minor, were, 1) I felt the breakfast buffet could have had bacon and sausages. It was more of a continental type breakfast. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Having said this I would have the breakfast again. 2) The rooms should have tea and coffee makers inside the room, however complementary tea and coffee was available in the lobby area. Overall a great stay and I would stay at this Kings Hotel again.

Perfect perfect
This is my second stay with this hotel group. The hotels are very clean, accommodating and centrally located. A very easy and quick walk from the main train station. This is very useful in bad weather. The hotels and rooms have everything you need and are clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are not used to European hotels, the rooms and bathrooms may seem small to you.

I strongly recommend the hotel to people who does not needs luxurious service. It is very close to the central train station. By one S8, you can get to MUC airport without transferring. The staffs are very helpful. After I checked in to my room, I found the room has not been cleaned completely. I told the staff at front desk, she immediately give me a new room. The most part I like about the hotel is the mini coffee bar. Coffee/tea is free. The hotel provides breakfast. But you can always seat the bar and have a cup of coffee/tea. I like the hotel very much, and definitely will check its availability when I visit Munich next time.

Lovely little find
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming to the children bringing them warm croissants and hot chocolate. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious and perfect for our stay. Location is good for access to all amenities. Would recommend.
