“Very nice hotel”

Not far from the city centre, very shiny, clean and comfortable, with excellent (and multilingual) service from the people who work there!

“Excellent quality at a very reasonable price”

As ever this hotel never disappoints - It ticks all the boxes for excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Have stayed here many times and will certainly be going back. Clean fresh environment. Coffee / Tea available during the day from breakfast through late afternoon. Good internet access both in lobby and WiFi. Maybe not in the centre of the city but only a few minutes from all the activity by nearby U-Bahn. Taxis readily available nearby. This hotel far exceeds both on quality and price less well appointed hotels nearer the city centre. All relevant staff speak excellent English (I wish I could speak German as well!!)

“Nice hotel”

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during Oktoberfest. The hotel is very close to the Harras subway stop which made getting into center city very easy. The rooms were nice and clean, and the front desk staff was very helpful. As far as the area, there is not much directly around the hotel so it is limited as far as eating out, but we overall enjoyed our stay.

“Excellent Hotel”

Just returned from Octoberfest, hotel is in a central loaction close to railway & underground. Reception staff were excellent, this the 2nd time I have used this hotel, no hesitation in going back again.

“Very average to poor experience.”

This hotel is right in the middle of a lot of construction. The train stop has a temporary plywood walkway up and over the tracks, which makes it quite a climb with luggage. no direct ramp access at the moment. It's walking distance to Oktoberfest, so that is a plus. However, the neighborhood is quite bland. Were it not for the wonderful, friendly and capable staff at the desk and in the restaurant, I would not stay here. As it was, I had a teeny, tiny, single room for a big rate (more than the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin) This was explained to me, "it's Oktoberfest"- despite the fact I had booked my room two months in advance and had paid a double rate. The air conditioning did not work, the room stayed hot all day/night and I could not open the window due to massive construction or street noise just outside. I left early. can't afford to lose two night's sleep. This is a lackluster place. Without the pretty amazing people working there, there is no redeeming quality, that would cause me to recommend this hotel.

“Ideal Hotel”

Good quality hotel, room plenty big enough, modern and clean. Very easy and quick to get to from airport and city centre. We had a triple room and was very comfortable and nice. Didn't have breakfast do can't comment on the food, but service very welcoming and helpful. Good rate for convent stay.

“Hotel in Munich”

This is very good and nice hotel. It will be my first choice for my future trips.

“Brilliant - just remember the parking charge”

Excellent hotel, clean, well appointed, friendly front desk, in a good area (nearby shops bars and cafe's. Free Wifi is a nice touch. Secure underground parking is £16 which is steep but there isn't much other parking available in the area so it is good that it is available. UBahn (underground railway) opposite the hotel - 5 minutes to Marienplatz and the famous Hofbrauhaus! I would definitely stay again.

“Not impressed”

Hotel was overrated as 4 star, more like 3 star at the most. We booked a double room 3 months in advance & got a room with 2 single beds. When we asked for a room with a double bed we were told that they were fully booked. Im sure that there were a lot of bookings after ours that had double beds, but they were not interested in assisting us with our request. Airconditioning in room did not work, we had to leave the window open. Although it has offstreet carparking, this comes at an additional cost of 16€ per night. Basically any request we made during our stay was denied, no sense of customer service. Upon arrival & departure we were not assisted with our luggage or shown to our room. We were left to our own devices. This in not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.
