While the hotel’s issues didn’t ruin the trip, we definitely will not be staying there again. The information found on Hotels.com for this property is misleading and confusing. There are actually two completely different properties. If you want a pool, you have to request a suite, for which you will be set up in the other hotel (not the GS location). We missed that point (which is only found in small print on a photo), and paid for a room with breakfast included.
After arriving, we were informed that there is no pool, but based on what we paid, they could move us to the other hotel. We did that but were told that breakfast was no longer included. The view looked down into a construction area. Plus, The closest metro is a 15 minute walk away.
Some redeeming qualities include a 25 minute walk to the zoo; free parking; and a small health food grocery in the ground floor of the hotel which offers the pool.
