Dear Robert, thank you for the feedback and telling us your issues. It's very sad to hear that after you have already left, we may could have solved some issues. We checked again the hotels.com page, and there it says for the suites it is in another building opposite with Pool, Sauna etc. In the double rooms and single rooms which is only bookable for the GS Hotel there is no Spa area. The underground is 12 minutes walk and we have a bus stop infront of the hotel which takes you to the underground in 4 minutes as well. Wishing you all the best for the future.
