“Very Impressed”

Just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof in Munich, the hotel is very nicely situated near the centre of town (but the area was still amazingly quiet). Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Free internet was included, which was great, and an awesome breakfast was also inluded in the very reasonable price. I would definitely come back!

“Friendly good quality hotel”

Staff was friendly; I was upgraded; good value for money and had a pleasant stay. Not a luxury hotel but good value for what was provided

Area recommendations

The hotel was across from the central train station and thus convenient for going to the airport by train (timely and cheaper than taxis). Not a beautiful neighborhood and if beauty or a good neighborhood is preferred you should look elsewhere. If you want convenience, this is good.

“Great Place to Stay”

The Fleming Hotel is in a great location for Munich and the main station. The staff are very attentive and made our stay welcoming. The buffet breakfast is great value and sets the day up nicely. We had an evening meal which was fab and inexpensive and the bar area is very chilled and relaxing.

“Comfortable, friendly hotel”

We stayed at Flemings Hotel for 3 nights. Very conveniently located, near the main Station and within easy walking distance of the city. Very easily accessible for the Airport, approx 1 hour door to door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. No kettle in the room, but the bar serves Take a Way coffee etc at a reasonable price (compared to most places!). Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable - although the glass fronted shower was a bit weird!!! Great breakfast, lots of choice, all very fresh. We would recommend this as a good comfortable base to explore the city.

“Superb!!!”

I enjoyed our stay in Munich for 5 days, the hotel is perfectly located a few steps from the central station, airport is about 40 mins away. love the breakfast buffet!!!! only concern was that there is not much privacy in the shower... if u are willing to overlook that, then it is well worth the stay. ecellent staff, very helpful with tips on good restaurants and booking tours.

Marienplatz neighborhood, where good restaurants and lots of shopping, the christmas markets were awesome!!! i ventured out of Munich in the town of Augsburg, short 1 hr, train ride, lovely town..

“Great breakfast!!”

Good location, it is only a few feet away from the train station. Rooms have modern decor, beware, tho' there is no privacy when taking a shower. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful. Will go back if i have another chance to visit Munich!

“Nice Hotel, Convenient location”

Booked this hotel because it was near the central station. There's actually an entrance to the underground less than a block away. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was able to check in early, got upgraded to a nicer room, had a nice breakfast (free) each morning, free internet, and the location was great for me to use the train system all weekend. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a good hotel near the central station.

“A Happy Surprise”

Recommend everything about this hotel highly. Value for money spent, pleasing service, striking decor in bath, good toiletries, free wifi, very good buffet breakfast including cooked to order eggs and bacon and even facecloths in the bath. Directly across from the main railroad station with direct train service, about a 45 minute ride. Spotless white duvet and good lighting. Would definitely return and try Fleming's hotels in other cities, such as Vienna. A real find for the price.

Good location across from main railroad station. This street leads to the old city - about a ten minute walk. Many hotels and restaurants and lots of shopping, old churches worth seeing and lots of people.

“Convenient and comfortable hotel very close to main station”

Staff in reception and restaurant very friendly and helpful. Bedroom comfortable although with the typical hotel problem of poor lighting for reading in bed!! As mentioned in previous reviews, the totally glass-sided shower in the bedroom is slightly 'odd', but very efficient. Food in the restaurant was of extremely good quality, but we found the choice at dinner rather limited . Breakfast was excellent - continental buffet or freshly-prepared cooked. Although the hotel is on the main road just opposite the central station, the sound-proofing was excellent - may not be so good in summer with the windows open.

“Best Hotel in Munich so Far”

I travel to Munich on business often over the last year or so. This is by far the best hotel expereince from my visits. Good breakfast , Quiet asnd good sleep, City Centre travel links, Free WiFi and if you get a superior room associated free movies and drinks. No comparison with other hotels of similar standard. I know where I will be staying next month again.
