The team were very friendly and responsive but the room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the pillow covers had a musty smell as well. Good area to get around.

We stayed two nights. Wish we had asked for a different room after the first night. Our room faced the court yard. There was no ac so we had windows open. Very loud and horrible smoke from people going outside to smoke and talk late into the night. Hotel was ok but ask for a room that does not face courtyard.

was a nice hotel. not to obvious from the road , could use better signage , the hotel is set back . we got kind of a bum steer on area parking and ended up getting a 40 euro parking ticket .

Upon arrival the room was not ready-OK it can happen. 19:00, June 14, 2023 I arrived very tiered back from the exhibition In Munich, the key is not in order to open the room. I went down to reception & back to the room. The room is not clean. The telephone in the room is disconnected. I sent them an email, no reply. Again, I went down to reception, they said "we clean the room every TWO days". I never heard about it. In my humble opinion, no value for money, I expect to get refund from the hotel. Thank you. Kind of a difficult place.
I couldn't arrive on the day of check in, so I called the hotel myself, to warn them that I would not be able to check in, after more than 20 minutes waiting on the phone, I gave up. Then I called the hotels.com help line, I was promptly answered, and the representative was very helpful, he asked me to hold on the line while he contacts the Azimut hotel. After about 25 minutes, the representative came back to me and apologized for the time I waited, and informe me that he wasn't able to contact them, he also waited in line for a while without any answer from the hotel. He said that he will e-mail the hotel explaining that I couldn't make the check in, and, will also ask the hotel for the possibility of a refund of the night that I lost. When I arrived at the hotel the next day, I explained the situation to the Front Desk respresentative, and he said that if he is working with a guest, he will not pick up the phone, and I also asked about the night that I lost, if was possible to refund it, he said it was OK and he will credit my card for that. That never happened, I got charged for the night that I lost.

The location is close to the transportations, but not close to the downtown, that mean if you wanna go to the downtown you have to take a taxi, Uber etc. Great customer service & it was easy to check In. Very helpful staff! Thanks

Carpets had stains, the beds sunk down and felt like sleeping in a hammock, tv didn’t work but they fixed it, patio below room for smokers loud until midnight and had to get up at 5 am for flight. Room was warm so opened up windows until the smokers came out since our room filled with cigarette smoke. Also advertised close to ubahn subway but had to catch a bus to get to the closest station. Asked about food in the area and they said just had Burger King. Found pizzeria Neptun about 10 min walk. They should know the places to eat and how far.

The breakfast was good but the price lower. There is no little bottle of shampoo and shower. Room have no air condition and was very hot as you have to open the window.

Surprisingly good for the price.
Surprisingly good for the price. Small room but all amenities in good working conditions. I would stay again if location suited me. It's probably better when you drive, because it's a bit of a walk to tramway.

I booked a superior double room with a king sized bed. Unfortunately the hotel was only able to give me a twin room with small single beds. The Wifi was sub optimal with a slow connection speed and an unrealistically low usage limit.

A Hotel that says its in Munich but isn’t....
To be fair its probably not its fault, but to get into Munich you have a 10 min walk, 15 min bus journey followed by 25 mins on a train. Its in the middle of nowhere. The building looks like something from a James Bond movie. The staff lovely. But the rooms suffer from what I call crispy carpet where somehings happened someones been sick or something and the carpet hasn’t been cleaned properly. I wouldn’t stay there again the whole travelling in and out to get everywhere really got me down.

This hotel was just OK. It was extremely far from anything (including a restaurant open past 8pm) so on that basis alone I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very overpriced for the offering, the check-in staff was curt and a bit rude (other staff were very pleasant though), and the hallways were dank and dreary. There had been a mix-up between Expedia and the hotel so we ended up getting a room that was much smaller than what we had reserved and already paid for, so that was really annoying. That being said, and despite our room being much smaller than expected, it was still clean and well appointed. Wouldn't stay here again though and wouldn't recommend to others

Average hotel, with not a whole lot in the immediate vicinity, but close enough to get to the Oktoberfest. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in our room and some type of water station in the lobby, which is standard at most hotels. Also, there is a bar in the lobby, but no food options besides pre-made sandwiches and packaged snacks. Our bed was extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, when we arrived, our hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, so we had to track down housekeeping to have it changed. For the price and what we needed it for, it was okay, but this is not a property I would seek out for my next stay in Munich.

Great hotel, but needs a little cleaning
Great hotel, great service. Breakfast was plenty (even though not included with all reservations). Only cons were dirty carpets throughout the entire hotel and rooms, and lack of anything within a short walking distance.

If persons are looking for a value hotel than you may be pleased with this property. With no air conditioning and near a train route, it was difficult to sleep. The cleanliness was questionable and the location requires a bus and rail trip to central Munich. Was safe to walk to various local restaurant. The Italian restaurant Neptune was fabulous.

We never stayed at this hotel. The staff stated that there would not be transportation available to the Munich airport at 3 AM. There was at least a twenty minute walk to the bus. We were told by the hotel staff that there were no shuttle or taxi services available. We were not able to carry our luggage for 20 minutes to reach a bus to attempt to arrive at the airport on time. We booked another hotel close to the airport and had public transportation right outside the hotel. Make sure transportation is available. The hotel would not refund our money, because they stated that the problem with transportation was not a reason to cancel We cancelled 2 weeks prior to our reservation dates.

The draft was always willing to help us.
The hotel is pretty dar away from Munich downtown but the transportation service around Germany is excellent and easy to use once you understand it. The facalities were quite nice and the staff served very professionaly.

A hotel that worked. Not the best experience. No face washers in Bathroom or Iron. Felt a bit lacking. at least the bed was comfortable and could still sleep. It was a business trip so the essentials were the only things needed on this trip. Very slow internet.

Nice lobby and great staff but...
Hotel is dirty, carpets stained, beds are more like cots than beds and the mattresses are old. Shower is strange and the towels are old and worn out. Location is not convenient to pretty much anything. Smoke can be smelled in non smoking rooms.

old smelly hotel
hotel is not close to main attractions. to go to downtown i needed to take a bus and train so it took me about 40mins it's an old building so smells old, carpet have many stains. staff are friendly. room is big and quite but still no booking there again
