Luxurious

The hotel is centrally located with luxurious as well as comfortable interiors which is hard to find . The staff is polite, friendly and accomodating. We were given a room well ahead of checkin time and were also allowed to check out a bit late. The restaurants as well as the bars and clubs are the best in town!

Bad hotel even no commitment

We booked a smoking room in advance and to get that room i have to wait for two hours in lobby as they said they didnt had smoking room reservation

セキュリティーがしっかりしているホテルです。フロントは9Fにあり、客室会にはカードキーがないとエレベーターに乗れません。警備員も適切に配置されておりました。

We have stayed for 2 weeks, staff were friendly and help generally with great service and follow ups. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was tidy but room cleanliness requires improvement. rates were booked online which was quiet reasonable.location wise its located near by phinex mall which is a great advantage for people who like eating out and shopping. overall staying at the palladium was a good experience.

Brilliant hotel with a perfect location

This hotel was fantastic. Great room (I think I got upgraded) with a big double bed. Nice bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. Nice view from the room. The breakfast at one of the many hotel restaurants was fantastic. There were many bars and restaurants at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Palladium and Phoenix mall. The only bad thing with the stay was that we couldn't use the swimming pool for that weekend because they were cleaning it. I didn't like the lamb dish at one of the Indian restaurant I had on the arrival day. Otherwise, I would recommend everybody to stay at this very nice hotel.

Lovely Hotel

A very nice hotel in the heart of the city and next to the best shopping mall in the city. A newly constructed hotel with loads of space and good architecture. The stay was wonderful. The only complain was that the service was very slow and the night club located in the hotel is a pain.
