“Nice hotel - could be great with a little honing!”

Pleasant hotel, but why oh why didn't they provide balconies instead of the pigeon (and attendant poo) infested alcoves outside the windows? An what are the partition walls between the bath/loo and wash basins all about?

“3.5 star hotel”

After travelling around India in 4 and 5 star hotels, this rated more as 3.5 star. It seems to be very busy with young locals hoping to get a glimpse of bollywood stars.

“JW MARRIOTT”

Since our last visit of this hotel, sadly the service of the staff has gone down. On check in it took 40 minutes to get our bags to our room and two phone calls. At their Coffee shop they took 25 minutes to get us a jam donut which was displayed. Their restaurant also did not fair well. What I would say is that the facilities at the hotel are still second to none but their staff quality has gone down.

“not impressed”

outdated rooms and bathrooms, overall hotel actually the most recently refurbished area in the hotel must have been the restaurants which were neat enough Initially put in a shoe box size room, we had to wait for 3 hours and 2 attempts before being allocated a decent size room but lost our ocean view ;) average service at best, depending on where you are in the hotel: worse by the pool side reddeming factor: the pool: gorgeous... but is it enough?
