There was no phone connection

Pros: I did not like anything
Cons: Phone connection must be active and tv
You people mentioned so many online but when I entered inside I was not at all happy... Food was very expensive.... I would never suggest this to anyone....

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Bad neighborhood, bad smell, old disgusting rooms. Poor WiFi. Little help in English.

Hard to find

I stayed here 3 nights on my return from Goa, It was hard to find, but close to Santa Cruz train station and airport. Difficulty sleeping due to planes taking off very loud noise and uncomfortable bed. reasonable rates for Mumbai and staff helpful.

The pictures are so deceiving, the neighborhood is below all imagination Inside the hotel is also so small, no lights, & hot water problem, we booked executive room, is not even look like what is on website, lots of aircraft noise... is all glossy photos. If I have to stay again at Mumbai, I will search other options too. i would not advise,

Pathetic hotel , uncleaned rooms , toilets smelling badly . I changed the room thrice. Please remove such low grade hotels from online booking. Online pics of rooms are very good but reality it's worst.

if you go directly yo the hotel .. they would never ever say that they have a standard room available ...its better to only book through expedia and go there Or be ready to empty your pockets with the kind of pricing these people state. and also lemme tell you one very important thing - If you happen to book through expedia at a cheaper rate then you are a very likely stage to be given a Broken down room where you cannot see yourself in mirror ...switch board hanging from the walls and wat not...Wifi never works - and i bet you cannot do anything about it

Nice Guy, Wrong Hotel

You probably cannot ask for a more friendly management of a hotel. Too bad he is stuck in a run-down, poorly cleaned, and well isolated hotel. Location is not at all good for the type of hotel it pretends to be. A/C hardly works, water in bathroom not very clean, towels worn and dirty. Staff overly eager to receive tips for everything. Won't consider this hotel again, I'm sorry to say, as I really did like the manager.
