Convenient situation. Road near property a total mess. Outside bar unhygienic with rats. Bar staff useless. Cannot put charge for meals on to room bill. Do not take international cards. Swimming pool area very dirty.

A good budget hotel with nice, polite staff and reasonable facilities. The a/c, fan, cable TV, fridge and hot water all worked well and the unit was cleaned daily. I stayed there for 4 nights in August 2022 and would stay there again as it suited my needs. The only disappointment was the pool which looked like it had not been cleaned for a while and had no operating water filter.

Friendly staff, property a bit old sadly
- The staff were welcoming and treated us (a young western couple) very nicely. The check-in at 2am went perfectly well. - The rooftop swimming pool area seemed nice but the rest of the hotel is run down and looks old. - Surprisingly, the wifi was good and reliable even in our room. - The AC worked well. - The breakfast was disappointing. Things are missing, like a toaster for bread, no fruit juice at all, no fruits except watermelon. The breakfast area looks old and not much light. Tiny things that could be fixed so easily. - The location is close to Andheri but the way to the hotel is a bit dirty. The local trains to Andheri are also very scary (if you take them at peak hour you will have the worst moment of your life). But that is not the Hotel's fault, Mumbai isn't a city for western tourists, that's the overwhelming conclusion of our holidays there.

amazing stay.. service was beyong expectations , we ordered for dinner at around 3 am at night...they served it hot property is always cleaned up by the house keeping staffs.. preoperty is very nice, service is very good

If the room was cleaner and had more amenities this place would be easily recommended. Shower leaked, we bought tissues, washers, pillows, toilet paper, face washers, cleaning cloths. Room was quite dirty and in need of a deep clean. Great buffet breakfast, reasonable priced restaurant and friendly staff in good location. Great wifi

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and would like to say that it ticked all my boxes . Hotel room was neat and clean, room service was perfect and any food we ordered was delivered in the time frame mentioned. Hotel is centrally located in andheri in a residential area and walking distance to andheri station ( For me 15 mins still a walking distance). For those who know mumbai / andheri getting a decent hotel with neat rooms and location in les than Rs 3k per night is value for money. We stayed at 5th floor, its not the location where you can find views and i am sure this is same for higher floors. So dont expect any great views of neibors. It would have been better if all the corridors got AC and not just lobby and rooms. All in all pleasant stay and value for money..

Well placed hotel from airport to juhu andheri and vile parle. Hence I was very comfortable staying there. Staff was nice . no disturbance in room. Comfortable stay.

It was pleasant to stay here one more time. If you are a small business traveller with tight budget, you are at the right place. Do not expect too much but you can expect some good sleep and averagely clean rooms / bathrooms.

A disappointing experience
While the room was clean and the bathroom was very good, the lobby smelled awful, the elevator was filthy and the corridors were dirty. The staff was OK, not particularly friendly but not rude. The food was just passable. Overall, the hotel is shabby and rough at the edges and certainly not worth what I paid for it.

Good Budget Hotel
It is a nice hotel in less price. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was excellent. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful except for a lady in room service. She was rude. Overall a good place to stay with family.

In a city of pretty ordinary mid range hotels the Karl Residency stands out from the rest because of the size of rooms, good light, good outlook, very pleasant roof top restaurant, plus it's clean. Corridors under renovation whilst there, which is also a good sign. All in all, recommended.

Mumbai mid range hotels are usually dismal. This is not. It's great value for money with decent sized rooms, CLEAN(!), and a fine rooftop restaurant space. I won't hesitate to book again.

Apart from the hotel rate..everything else was really good. Cleanliness, hotel amenties, location etc. Swimming pool was too small and hence almost useless. Room service was pretty quick. I would recommend this hotel.

It was just for one night stay as we were travelling back home from Pune and we had to catch flight next morning from Mumbai. It was pleasant stay at Karl Residency. I would surely stay there on next visit and recommend to others.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. This is more of a budget hotel. The room had very little facility. The rooms are old with very basic facility. The hotel staff were agressive when it came to tipping and not very helpful when it came to real service. Not much to say about except avoid the hotel if you are looking for real value for money
