Convenient to the international airport.
This hotel is small but very convenient to the international airport. We have used them many times. They claim "free" shuttle from the airport. However, the charge you 200Rupees for airport "parking. Their fee to park was 140Rupees. Not a huge cost but never paid this before. Service staff is terrific. Always kind. Always helpful. All (sometimes overkill) expect tips. We had six guys crowd around the car to load four suitcases.

God Hotel
The location was good and closer to many restuarents. Clean room, spacious bathroom, good breakfast, but not a buffet (included in our price). I wanted to get a shipment from Indian domestic courier service during my hotel stay. As we were not there all the time the hotel reception agreed to collect it and they did it for us, it was a great help. There was one person in reception who haven't even heard the word "smile". He was always suspicious about u0s and all th time I went to reception, he was asking to pay money for past night. He treated us very badly with this attitude and always looked at us like thieves. A money hungry terrible character. I will not stay or recommend anyone to stay here. Stay there if you want to feel like a thief.

Good people, Comfortable, Great value for the buck
The room had all that was necessary for my needs, particularly the WiFi which had a pretty good speed compared to other hotels. Being close to the highway made it easy to get to the business districts and many other important locations in the city. The food was very good and the best part was the service and readiness to help, no matter what i needed.

Decent hotel, I'd go back.
This was good except evening front desk wouldn't allow me a guest in my room, even though he was my friend and not staying the night. Tried to make me pay 800RS for him to eat dinner with me (which I ordered from room service.) Request room 307 if you go, the others were not as nice. Food is EXCELLENT. The Room service was helpful and fast. The room and bathroom were very clean, The bed comfortable. Ac worked and was cold. Not the best area but can take Rikshaw to airport.

I had booked double room with I double bed.got 2 single beds..room was very small and full of damp.bathroom had flies and water flies.outside noise level high till late at night.no roof restaurant or bar available As described online brochure.

Good value, service and location
The hotel is located near Santacruz station and a major road, so it is fairly easy to access. It is also very close to the airport, not too far from South Mumbai and interesting places in Khar and Bandra. I was quite impressed by the service; they handled my requests without excuse or delay, even putting my late a-la-carte breakfast under my complimentary tab when I thought I would be charged, and providing me with a free transport to the airport for a red-eye flight. Good amenities and security, fairly clean and comfortable; it was a great place to stay for its rating.

Perfect in all sense
I have lived in hotels of foreign countries. All of them maintain a minimum level of uniformity like cleanliness, hygiene, wifi connectivity, TV, intercom, airconditioning and most of them also provide shuttle service for Airport. I was happy to find all of them in this hotel. First thing that striked me was peace and ambience, then well behaved and prompt staff. Excellent food! Price wise also it was economical. I stayed there for two night. Good for US consulate related work. Juhu beace is nearby. BKS is within 5 kilometers and auto charged less than Rs. 50. I will go there again if i have some work in Mumbai.

Overall very good hotel. No common area for breakfast. It is served in your room. Room was small but adequate for one person. Would have been difficult for 2 persons. Check in went smoothly despite the clerk being somewhat rude. I came in after midnight and did not need his attitude. Neighborhood was typical Mumbai but close to airport. Free shuttle to airport provided.

GOOD BUDGET HOTEL
I AM A REGULAR VISITOR OF THIS HOTEL FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. THIS TIME, I NOTED THERE ARE LOT OF CHANGES IN THE ROOM, THERE IS LED TELEVISION WITH SET-TOP BOX. OTHERWISE THEIR SERVICE INCLUDING FREE PICK-UP FROM THE AIRPORT AND DROP, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBERS, WHICH IS VERY GOOD.

Great stay in Mumbai!
We enjoyed our four day stay here. Staff were very helpful & cheerful. Room service was awesome. The room was small but very comfortable, especially at this rate. Quiet and out of the way, but close enough to main streets. Meals from kitchen were very tasty. Would recommend highly if you want a nice stay on a budget.

Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Airport Shuttle hat gut funktioniert und das obwohl ich mitten in der Nacht ankam. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Natürlich hört man die startenden Flugzeuge, aber das ist bei einem Hotel in Flughafennähe zu erwarten. Es war jedoch nicht wirklich störend. Das Wifi war sehr gut und kostenlos. Habe auch problemlos einen zweiten Zugang für das Laptop bekommen. (Jeder Zugang funktioniert nur für ein Gerät) Für ein paar Tage in Mumbai ist es sicher keine schlechte Wahl!

Hôtel propre, à 5 min de l'aéroport domestique, bien pour passer une nuit après une arrivée tardive à Mumbai, le seul point négatif et pas des moindre est qu'à cause de sa proximité avec l'aéroport, on entend les avions atterrir donc pas le top pour dormir

ムンバイの街に出る必要がなく、空港での乗り継ぎに使用するなら、立地的にも最適だと思います。ただし、防音はされていないので、飛行機の離着陸の音が聞こえてきます。轟音ではありませんが、気にする人にはお勧めしません。
