Good Location

This hotel has a great location just minutes away from the airport. The rooms are large ,clean and comfortable . PROS: Nice breakfast with varieties,Cleanliness is excellent. CONS: Slow Internet, even though Free wireless internet was included in the booking ,had to pay for it. The reception was quite lacking in shorting problems and seems like what ever .

No wifi in the room they will charge extra. Be aware while booking what is covered and what is not. Please review package carefully.

Excellent Hotel - Highly Recommended!

Excellent hotel whose strengths lie in its location (next to International Airport and quite central in the city), boutique like interiors (sometimes overdone a bit, but still beautiful), good food in the 24 Hour Coffee Shop (round-the-clock coffee shops are a rarity in Mumbai) backed with good staff in the restaurants. The front office staff is competent enough; can do with a smile on their faces though! Overall highly recommended!

インターネット無料で予約したにもかかわらず、そうでないと言われ、結局支払わされる事になった。ホテルのスタッフの問題ではないと思うが、不満が残った。

One night stay to catch needed sleep

After traveling from Seattle to Mumbai, I was very pleased to get the comfort of this great hotel and staff. Rooms are fabulous, and the Staff is courteous. No need to pay 1000 R for hotel transfer when Cool Cabs are only 250 !!!

Useless reservation.

We booked a double occupancy room. Two beds required. Upon checking only a king bed room was available. We also called a few days prior since This is the second time it happens at the sand hotel. Desk blamed Expedia, i showed them my reservation. They offered a bunk bed and breakfast in the lounge. Not was I wanted after a 18 hour flight. Nice, clean hotel, but they need to respect reservations !!!!!
