One night stay to catch needed sleep

After traveling from Seattle to Mumbai, I was very pleased to get the comfort of this great hotel and staff. Rooms are fabulous, and the Staff is courteous. No need to pay 1000 R for hotel transfer when Cool Cabs are only 250 !!!

Useless reservation.

We booked a double occupancy room. Two beds required. Upon checking only a king bed room was available. We also called a few days prior since This is the second time it happens at the sand hotel. Desk blamed Expedia, i showed them my reservation. They offered a bunk bed and breakfast in the lounge. Not was I wanted after a 18 hour flight. Nice, clean hotel, but they need to respect reservations !!!!!

Very convenient transit hotel

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. The location is very convenient for overnight stays when transiting the airports. The service is excellent, the rooms are very clean and hotel interiors have a charm of their own.

Pros: Good restaurants
When calls are transferred by the operator, there is no one at the other end to take the call. Had to call repeatedly to get things going.

Booked on Expedia and when I needed to make a change the hotel was very accommodating and Jagruti from Reservations was prompt and helpful. Right from check in to check out it was a seamless and pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, terrible management

I arrived late at midnight for a one night stay only to be told there is no room available as they do "maintenance work" and I have to wait for about half an hour to get my room. While drinking a beer and waiting I figured I'm not the only one with no room, and after asking we were told by the bar keeper the hotel is oversold and we will only get a rooms when somebody else checks out. I went back to the registration and was told they don't know when the room is ready. I asked to put me in an other hotel as I need some rest to get ready for a business meeting first thing in the morning. They told me it's not possible because I booked through Expedia. At this point I made a big stink, asked for the hotel manager and made it clear I will go straight to Hilton with big complain. At about 1:30am they suddenly had a room for me...one of the nicest ever. It looked like a presidental suite...Unfortunately I could enjoy it only for few hours.

Good hotel close to the airports

Pros: It was easy to reach from both the international and domestic airports.
Cons: The seats in the bar area are very uncomfortable unless you set very upright.
Location: There is not much to do nearby except to use the terrace and pool.
I stayed for one night on three separate occasions in transit and was very comfortable.

Fint Hotel

Pæne og rene værelser i en god størrelse. Personalet helt i top. Men det kan ikke være rigtigt at man skal betale for Internet i 2014 og da slet ikke 12 USD for 24 timer eller det halve for 1 timer. Det hænger ikke sammen. Ellers et godt ophold.
