Very interesting city

We had a wonderful stay at the Four seasons. All the staff were chatty and helped u enjoy the stay with their recommendations. Also did a great trip "lunch like a local" offered by the hotel. Valencia chief concierge accompanied us on this experience and made it a very personal time with us. Loved the time there. Breakfast was extensive.

Very nice stay

I had a nice stay at the Four Seasons for two nights. There was some complications with Expedia and the Hotel in regards to my reservation, which made my first few hours very stressful. However, the hotel facilities were great and the staff were accommodating. I suggest making sure you have everything set for your reservations even if the Expedia email says "Your Reservation is confirmed no need to proceed further" because it may be wrong!

喧噪のインドムンバイの中のオアシス

Pros: 部屋の広さ、快適さ、特にバスルームの広さとダブルシンクが便利でした。
Cons: ロビーが意外と狭い。
Location: インドムンバイのウォーリー地区。マハラクシュミレースコース、ハジアリ寺院、ネルー博物館など。
コーナールームの大きな窓から見えるアラビア海とそこに浮かぶ白いハジアリ寺院がとても幻想的でした。今回は個人旅行でしたが、ホテルスタッフがとても親切で、丁寧にアドバイスをくれました。部屋の広さ、バスルームの快適さ、コーヒーや紅茶、ミネラルウォーターなどの無料提供はとてもありがたかったです。

Great Place to stay

Pros: AER
Cons: Space in the restroom
The hotel is located at a great place. But the view to the sea is affected by the slum area right in front not a great site. The staff is great. AER is definitely a must go esp if you are staying over on a Friday Night. Room Service is prompt. I love the fact that the rooms come with a iHome kit that plays music from your iPhone, iPad or Macbook.

Lovely hotel with excellent service.

Excellent service and great location. Gym is excellent and so is the breakfast buffet. Check-in process very smooth at 4:30/5am in our room. Room is spacious and bathroom is equipped with all you need. Lovely fancy place to stay a few days.

Amazing hotel, location and staff

We stayed at this hotel for around 10 days in total. It was one our best hotel experiences and would definitely return to stay here. The staff are extremely personable and friendly - they will go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. The location is right in the middle of mumbai, the area itself is developing but there is a big mall nearby with lots to do. The spa was brilliant and we made use of it a lot, the bar and restaurants are also very good. All in all a five star experience and would recommend staying here.

Cons: Should be able to stay for half day, meaning 12 hours; not check out at 7:00 pm, even if you have only been there 4 hours.
We had a great experience; other than having to pay for 1/2 day, and be allowed to stay only 4 hours, as check-out is 7:00 pm....we checked in at 3:00 pm and were hoping to have the room until 11:00 pm

Hotel facilities

Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: Let the ppl who want to book this hotel know that facilities may not be available so that they can make informed decision about booking the room
Location: Location was fine
Hotel bar was booked for a private party and was unavailable for the hotel guests. I booked this hotel mainly because of the website talked about the bar. It is completely unacceptable to me that hotel of that caliber compromises the comfort of it's guests for extra money they can make by renting the facility to outsiders. Will never use this hotel again and will make sure to tell all my contacts to do the same.
