Very nice hotel close to international terminal. However, if you want to use the free hotel pick up and drop off to the airport, call them directly and book over the phone or their website. We had to pay extra for the airport transfers as we booked it through expedia. Otherwise, no issues with the stay.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at and the staff were outstandingly good.
LOCATION - It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to get from the hotel to the Bombay Exhibition centre. The time to get to the airport varies greatly on the time of day - it took only 20 minutes when we left to catch our flight home at 7am, but 2.5 hours when we arrived at 6pm. Similarly, choose your time to travel to see the key site - such as the Gateway to India - avoid rush hour if you can.
HOTEL - excellent hotel with good size rooms - particularly liked the bath. The design though is a bit strange - particularly f you are sharing the room (as I ws with my wife). All the doors to the shower and bathroom are glass. The area can be shut-off from the main bedroom by sliding doors. But the luggage, wardrobe and safe are all in the the area. So if your partner is going to toilet, you can't really access your luggage clothes or safe without invading their privacy.
STAFF - the hotel staff are outstanding. They are polite, extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. While we were staying a the hotel we learned of a death to a close loved one in the family. The staff went out of their way to be helpful to my my wis who was very upset.
FACILITIES - eat at all 3 restaurants. Indian restaurant is excellent. Buffet restaurant had good selection. Italian restaurant ok. Swimming pol clean and good size.
I recommend this hotel to anyone doing business at the Bombay exhibition centre.

We had a 2BHK which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were pretty helpful and service was good. On the down side, there is no free wi-fi and you had to pay a whopping Rs 350 per day to have this. Also, breakfast is also not included and this cost Rs 250 p/p each day. Given the apartment is not cheap, even by Mumbai standards, these items should be included free.
Don't take notice of the "sports facilities" available at this place -- apart from the swimming pool you can only use the other activities (table tennis, badminton, etc) if you have your own rackets, net, and other equipment and none is available for hire.
Location: this is good for airport (15mins) and close to the highway; however, in the immediate vicinity there are no shops, restaurants, or cinemas so you would need to get an auto-rickshaw to get anywhere.

We're currently staying at this hotel, and it's my second time (5th trip to Mumbai in total). It's new, it's incredibly clean, it's on great grounds. We have had absolutely no problems with airport transfers or getting around (mainly to Hiranandani Gardens shopping area, with KFC and two supermarkets) via auto rickshaw for a mere 30 rupees per trip. Breakfast is great, bar staff are fantastic. Considering how expensive accommodation in Mumbai is, this place is a STEAL. If you need to visit south Mumbai (around Colaba), I'd stay in that vicinity as staying anywhere else can result in you being stuck in traffic for 2 hours just to get there.
Its a good hotel to stay with children. Hotel is having good staff, quick room service. Clean and spacious rooms. Children enjoyed table tennis and swimming. A.C worked well. Food is at reasonable price. Breakfast is delicious. Its also not very far from Essel world. So it was a fantastic experience staying in a hotel. But they have check out time 10 am which is quite early though they didn't complained for the check out at 10.30am or 10.45am as they have check in at 11am. If you have flight late than you put your luggage at luggage room and can go for shopping to the nearby areas. I would recommend every one for this hotel to stay.
