This hotel was excellent, much better than I expected. The room was very comfortable, there was a safe with a code you could change yourself, the lighting was pleasant, the bathroom was fully functional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. One staff member even helped me find a sweet shop and hail a cab when I had to visit a relative at the last minute and had nothing to take with me. I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again.
Very poor hotel rooms. Lights were not working. Rooms are congested, stuffed and anyone would feel suffocated. False ceiling wall was broken and lights were not working. Hotel is in a remote area and cannot easily accessible by others. Overall very poor experience.
This hotel was a pleasure to stay at and the staff were outstandingly good.
LOCATION - It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to get from the hotel to the Bombay Exhibition centre. The time to get to the airport varies greatly on the time of day - it took only 20 minutes when we left to catch our flight home at 7am, but 2.5 hours when we arrived at 6pm. Similarly, choose your time to travel to see the key site - such as the Gateway to India - avoid rush hour if you can.
HOTEL - excellent hotel with good size rooms - particularly liked the bath. The design though is a bit strange - particularly f you are sharing the room (as I ws with my wife). All the doors to the shower and bathroom are glass. The area can be shut-off from the main bedroom by sliding doors. But the luggage, wardrobe and safe are all in the the area. So if your partner is going to toilet, you can't really access your luggage clothes or safe without invading their privacy.
STAFF - the hotel staff are outstanding. They are polite, extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. While we were staying a the hotel we learned of a death to a close loved one in the family. The staff went out of their way to be helpful to my my wis who was very upset.
FACILITIES - eat at all 3 restaurants. Indian restaurant is excellent. Buffet restaurant had good selection. Italian restaurant ok. Swimming pol clean and good size.
I recommend this hotel to anyone doing business at the Bombay exhibition centre.

Its a good hotel to stay with children. Hotel is having good staff, quick room service. Clean and spacious rooms. Children enjoyed table tennis and swimming. A.C worked well. Food is at reasonable price. Breakfast is delicious. Its also not very far from Essel world. So it was a fantastic experience staying in a hotel. But they have check out time 10 am which is quite early though they didn't complained for the check out at 10.30am or 10.45am as they have check in at 11am. If you have flight late than you put your luggage at luggage room and can go for shopping to the nearby areas. I would recommend every one for this hotel to stay.

This is a great no frills option for a one or two night stay while in transit in or outbound from Mumbai.
The service and food at the hotel is terrific. The room and restroom was clean and the A/C kept the temperature comfortable.
Staff is always ready to help and go the extra mile when tipped.
The area surrounding the hotel is typical Mumbai; crowded, dirty, and noisy. Probably not the best option for a family planning to stay more than a couple of nights. This in no way should reflect on the efforts of the hotel staff to make my stay comfortable.
I would class this hotel and its staff/services and rooms as one of the top 10 hotels i have stayed in.
Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me with anything. I was a single female travelling alone and i always felt safe and well looked after. Even the security at the hotel assisted me when a taxi driver tried to overcharge me returning back to the hotel.
Rooms are well appointed and i had a lovely high floor with a seaside view. I actually felt a little sad to leave this hotel as i felt it was like a home away from home but with a touch of luxury.
Buffet breakfast was excellent and so too the Thai Pavillion.
Travel desk and business services was also very helpful.
In fact i cannot fault this hotel and my experience at all and i am generally a hard person to please.
Will definitely return to this hotel when i return to Mumbai in the future.
