This new hotel is across the street from a public beach, but near the high end Novatel with a Nick Faldo designed golf course. It is in the city of Phan Thiet, 20 miles from Mui Ne. A beautiful pool is the nicest thing I can say and let's leave it at that.

"Great location, good midweek off peak destination."
We were very happy with everything, we were upgraded into a deluxe room, good size, great view of beach, pools and very well maintained gardens, the down side was we had money stolen from our room( it was tucked inside a camera case- they only took the U.S money, left the Aus$$) and also underwear????. When we spoke to Reception, he pretty much blew us off and that was the end of it. A big downer to an otherwise lovely place. All the other staff were fabulous!!!!
Professional, pleasant staff. Nice location, long sandy beach outside (although did see a dead dog being washed onto the shore at one point but can't blame them for that). Clean, nice rooms, good atmosphere, located about 10km from Phan Thiet.
We spent a week in the Villa. The Villas are right on the beach. They are huge! The private pool alone is worth the money. Beautiful sandy beach. The only negative would be that its a bit of walk (up 51 stairs) to get to the restaurant for breakfast, however once you get there, the view is amazing. The staff were very good. Very accommodating. We used the free hotel bikes to ride into the tourist area for lunch. It's an easy ride.
The location is fairly decent. Its not in a prime location to the main city but is still a beautiful place thats close to the beach. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself because it was great.
I was in the process of recommending this place to my fellow colleagues but the bad customer experience trumps the wonderful experiences about this place. If you do plan to go, please be careful of the hidden fees. Its better to go into the city and eat (cheaper and more fulfilling). I have never been so upset with customer service as I am a very pleasant guy but this one takes the cake. For them to make a couple of extra dollars in hidden fees, they have lost several thousand dollars that they could have had based on my recommendations to colleagues alone.
Overall, if you do still plan to go, just be careful is all i can say. It really is a beautiful place but the bad/shady customer service ruined it for me.
The room and view were amazing. The hotel is at the end of the beach, and being off the strip was very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating, and were able to help us prepare our fresh seafood that we bought nearby. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Vietnam.

Beautiful location on the beach near Phan Thiet City. The hotel runs a shuttle back and forth that is very convenient. Our king-size bed was huge and the room was very clean and everything was in perfect working order. Lovely shower and the balcony was very comfortable. The hotel pool was very nice and the hotel restaurant was pretty good and has a great breakfast buffet. The resort is perfectly maintained and quite lovely.
Only three things I didn't like: 1. The second night we were there they were hosting some party for Vietnam Petroleum that used the whole pool area and kept us from swimming. They also played music that was so ridiculously loud our waitress couldn't hear us order and it was even obnoxious in our room quite far away (and I'm young). This was probably a one-time thing and it only lasted from 6-9 or so. 2. The ocean wasn't very clean (some sort of algae or something) and smelled kind of bad. Also, fishing boats frequently came into the swimming area, which is pretty dangerous if you think about it. It was kind of interesting to see what they were catching though. 3. The hotel staff's English is pretty limited. We asked for help about train or bus tickets and they could only tell us "one in the morning, one in the afternoon" so we ended up sitting at a bus station for 4 hours. Still, the shuttle bus driver took us to the station (past his destination), and I'd say overall the staff and resort were lovely.
