"Enjoyed the hotel overall with two attached restaurants. Rooms slightly dated, however, very clean. You're in Jasper, so go enjoy the beautiful outdoors, rain or shine!"
"The room was very hot and the AC was very loud it kept shutting off every 20mins and restarting all night. Very annoying. Also the shower door is broken and it won't stay shut. Probably won't ever come back due to these reason. Had a poor sleep."
"This hotel is under major renovations. They don’t have elevators to every floor which is a little difficult for seniors. And there are no amenities at the moment. But what has been renovated is lovely and I’m sure when they are completed it will be very nice all round."
"Awful place with Mice in our room. We had to wait past check in time for our room to be ready even though check in is very late at 4pm. Room seemed nice but woken during the night to the sound of tiny feet in the room. Found mice running around and in the fireplace. Appreciate these are cabins in a natural environment but mice in the room is not acceptable. Over priced and staff are pretty unhelpful. Will not be staying here again."
"Wonderful stay. Our Room had 2 double beds with a kitchen area with microwave, mini refrigerator, keurig and tea kettle. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was on the smaller side could not fit 2 people. They had earplugs by the bed but i did not hear the train and i am a light sleeper. Front desk staff were wonderful. The reception area was really nice with a seating area that opened up into a beautiful restaurant. I felt as if I was in someone’s home. Breakfast was wonderful. We did not stay for dinner but did hit happy hour from 8-9:30."
