Ideal for a one night stay close to the ruins.
The hotel was good although not for their fault the place wasn't easy to find and is very far from basic services. In the other hand I have to say that it seems that unless you are in the city and far away from the ruins, this is always the case.

Unfortunately we found the bed uncomfortable and the air conditioner did not work well. Our check in agent was very helpful and pleasant.

Staff-service is nice but poor breakfast/location
The service was good, the staff was really nice and helpful. There was no cereals in the Breakfast which should be a standard these days. Breakfast is pretty ordinary.

These guests have been very noisy and loud especially at nights disturbing people in other rooms. We usually serve an ordinary breakfast. Cereals can be served upon request.

Cold and damp moldy room no heating in the bathroom. Small electric fire in the corner. Only 1 plug socket. So noisy dogs barking most of the night. No tea coffee or kettle in the room. Whole area very poor and dirty no restaurants or bars

Very nice hotel
Friendly staff, clean rooms, quaint old-world furniture and charm. Loved the original painting collection on hall walls. Walked to Pompeii ruins from hotel (about 15-20 mins, very easy).

Good!
Overall it was as expected if not better. For the low price the room was clean, I had air conditioning as well as wifi. We enjoyed the safety of Pompeii much better than that of Naples for less money!

Good Stay
Well, first of all, it's cash only. They do not accept credit cards. Luckily, they gave us until the next day to pay the last quarter of the bill when we didn't have enough cash for the reservation. The breakfast was excellent. So much food, and the cappuccinos were great. We didn't realize it was actually a bed and breakfast until the next day. The location was good, while traffic and the area are a little dingy, it's only about a fifteen minute walk from the Ruins and there's some great food around there. It was a nice little spot I'd recommend for an inexpensive stay. Although, parking was a little nerve wracking, at least there was some. 3.5 out of 5.

One kilometer from the gate of the Pompeii Site
Breakfast was a feast. Fruit, salami, prosciutto, mozzarella, yogurt, juice, coffee, water, bread... Close to the Pompeii site and a short train ride from the Herculaneum site. Not many restaurants are close by. Staff was friendly. The mattress was very soft and the TV did not work but we didn't notice from all the walking we did during the day.

fair hotel, but well situated
The hotel was beautiful and tranquil, but in a sketchy neighbourhood. We heard dogs barking and howling all night and other than the Pompeii ruins, there's not much to do around. It is walking distance to the Pompeii ruins, which we found very convenient. The hosts were nice, but it was a bit difficult to communicate with them because they had very limited knowledge of english. There was a misunderstanding with the payment. They only accepted cash payment even though we had already paid through hotels.com. Hotels.com were very accomodating and refunded us the price of the room due to the language barrier when communicating with the owner. Just remember you may have to pay cash only, on site. The breakfast was amazing and surpassed our expectations. The room was clean and big, but the bed was uncomfortable and there was only about 3 minutes of hot water. All in all, it was an ok stay for the price.

Good for ruins
good breakfast, nice staff, good venue for visit to ruins. We left our car in the hotel car park and walked to sites, so saved money on car parking fees!Only negative Pompiie is a run down poor town and the area in which the hotel is based seems very run down but we walked and had no problems.

The young woman with a child check us in and was not very friendly. The rest of the staff was fine. The man who waited on us for breakfast was pleasant. Nice Continental Breakfast. You could hear the click clack of people walking up and down the hallway outside of our room. A soccer match was being watched in the breakfast room by locals which started at midnight and finished about 2 am. My Dad could not sleep for the noise of the people watching the game as he could hear them in his room. Great location, very close to the actual pompeii ruins.

Nonostante sia un B&B e nonostante l’offerta prevedesse la prima colazione inclusa, all’arrivo sono stato informato che, causa covid, la colazione non veniva fornita. La porta della camera era difettosa e non chiudeva bene. La camera è dotata di una finestra lunga circa un metro e larga circa 30 cm. Più che una finestra è una bocca di lupo, e sorge il dubbio che sia una camera illegale dal punto di vista urbanistico. All’arrivo la camera aveva il condizionatore acceso a 17 gradi. Ho chiesto di spegnerlo, ma la sera dopo al rientro era di nuovo a 17 gradi. Il contrasto con la temperatura esterna era piuttosto sgradevole e anche in questo caso sorge il dubbio che esista qualche divieto a temperature così basse. ... Per il resto tutto perfetto ...

Después de tener 5 habitaciones reservadas y con garantía de tarjeta de crédito nos dijeron que había habido un error y nos desviaron a un hotel infame a 5 km de la ciudad y pagando lo mismo. Intentamos conectar con Expedia y los teléfonos no atendían por estar cerradas las oficinas

I believe that all issues were included in the price which was great, so satisfied all in all. Just don't expect too much. The interior is worn-out, mold on the ceiling, but toilet worked OK. The staff is helpful. The district may look daunting to somebody. No cafes or shops nearby. The road to the train station/entrance to the ruins takes about 10-15 minutes. It may be dangerous in the dark because of no sidewalks and precarious driving habits. The breakfast costs just 3.5 euro, but there is nothing to eat really, better eat around the train station or buy something in a supermarket. A rooster yelled every morning from 5 to 8am at the very least, at that there were no eggs for breakfast. WiFi was very poor, don't rely on it.

Da evitare assolutamente.
Mi hanno assegnato una matrimoniale piccolissima con appena 50 cm. tra il letto ed il muro. Mia moglie ed io ci dovevamo preparare per un matrimonio e ci davamo fastidio l'un con l'altro. Il letto era scomodissimo, dopo 3 giorni di soggiorno sono andato via con un fastidioso mal di schiena. Il bagno era piccolo con il water incastrato tra il bidet ed il lavandino, vi lascio immaginare le manovre da fare per poterlo usare. La colazione era di modesta qualità, considerato che il costo era di 3 € da aggiungere al prezzo camera..La zona camere e sala da pranzo è discreta ma il patio e l'ingresso con le macchine è vetusto e danneggiato; il parcheggio aggiuntivo è un campo senza copertura con cancello ad apertura manuale. Soggiorno decisamente pessimo. Personale di servizio gentile, proprietari decisamente antipatici ed altezzosi.

merveilleux voyage
séjour super. hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est super, agréables, disponibles, à l'écoute. Nous les remercions sincèrement. L'hôtel est simple mais très propre. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Vraiment tout a été parfait. Je recommande vraiment l'hôtel RUINS à POMPEI. Ma cousine et moi avons passé une semaine merveilleuse.

Hôtel chaleureux et accueillant proche de Pompei
Ce petit hôtel qui semblait simple aux premiers abords s'est avéré être un endroit chaleureux, accueillant, accessible, bien décoré qui convient parfaitement à tous types de séjours. La réservation comprend le petit-déjeuner et vous pourrez donc profitez le matin d'un bon café à l'italienne et de brioches de très bonnes qualités. Le personnel de l'hôtel est disponible 24/24h. Excellent séjour.

Un albergo carino esternamente che potrebbe essere migliorato con degli accorgimenti..porte che chiudeva o male,rubinetti vecchi, frigorifero senza spina per inserirlo nella presa,tracce di umido..Manutenzione insomma! Peccato.prezzo accettabile

Ok hotel for the price. Location is not very nice, but only a short walk from the ruins. Other then that the bathroom was generelly dirty and "Breakfast" was horrible. I forgot something in the room. Tried to send them an email to ask if they still had it two days later. No reply. My currrent hotel tried to contact them to ask if they still had it, but was told that it was lost.

Trevligt boende utanför Pompeii
Stannade här en natt på vår interrail. Vi kom dit på morgonen tidigare än incheckningstiden men vi fick ett rum med en gång i alla fall. Enklare frukost kunde man få för en liten slant. Boendet låg inte i Pompeii men det var inte så långt att gå till ruinerna och för oss backpackers var det väl värt pengarna.

Som liten oas i ngt ruffigt område. Adress stämde ej med plats men ganska välskyltat - 10min promenad till ruiner. Fin prisvärd liten frukost!

Good location but with few problems
Well, I wasn't looking forward anything of my experience in this B&B, but few bad things took my attention. First of all, there was broken forniture in my room, a seat with a totally spoiled back part, no reason to be there because it was impossible to be used. A giant water infiltration in the roof, tipically it is disgusting and cause a bad impression. Air condicioning with loud noises as well. In the bathroom, the shower drain was clogged and I was obligated to take a shower in 30s. So, the rest I could survive for one night and it is important to show the location of the hotel is good, close to Pompei Scavi. Free parking was a good point as well.
