I travel every other week for work and I got a little confused on where I was staying and what night, by mistake booked this hotel for the wrong night. Imagine my surprise when I showed up and they told me that I had my reservation for the following evening. They said that they were booked and didn't think they had any rooms available but would double check with manager. After speaking with Expedia (representative was very helpful in switching reservation) and manager at Swinomish, they were able to not only provide me with a room fro the night, but bumped me up to a suite! I was so happy just to have a warm bed and shower, but to have a suite!!! Mind you, this all took place at about 9pm. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Swinish and the great customer service at Expedia!

I booked a weekend of shopping for my mom, sister and myself. I had no idea about the area or the hotel but wow was we ever happy with out stay. The location is perfect and close to shopping and outlet stores. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and well taken care of. Probably the best staff service I have ever seen.
If you are traveling babies I would bring your own playpen. The crib they provided was metal and not as comfortable as regular crib or a playpen.
Overall we loved it and would go back in a second.
I stayed here for the skagit flats marathon and the hotel was a good choice. It was close by and the staff was great. My only issue is that there is a train that goes through town and is extremely loud with its whistle at night. I think this would be an issue for all hotels in the area as you could hear it for miles. Great hotel with great staff.
We stayed at the historic Majestic Inn for a weekend getaway. The inn is beautifully restored with wonderful historic details, such as the old telephone in the lobby. Our room was on the fifth floor, which had a soaker tub, king size bed, skylights, and balcony. It was very comfortable. My only Minot complaint is that our room was not ready when we arrived for the 4pm check in. The maid service was cleaning the room. We had a fifteen minute wait in the comfortable seating area. The clerk offered us coffee or tea while we waited, which wad a nice touch. When we got to our room, it wad pristine except for a q-tip on the bathroom floor and a flower petal by the bed. Really, nothing to complain of given the luxury of the room. We didn't eat at the inn as we wanted to explore the downtown area a bit. There are A LOT of options within the downtown area from those just across the street to a short three minute walk. I highly suggest the Majestic Inn fir it's beautiful accommodations, friendly staff, and location.
We stayed here for 2 nites while we shopped at the Tullalip outlet stores. The first nite we shopped in Burlington and took in a movie at the local mall in the evening. The second day we shopped in Tullalip Outlet mall which is 30 minutes away from this hotel. (The outlet mall is so big it takes all day to shop there.) The 30 minute drive back to this hotel at nite was very manageable. The hotel is located just off the I-5 on the old highway but easy to get to. The rooms are average standard and well kept.
