Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our room cleaning policy changed while the restrictions are in place. Stayover guest rooms are being cleaned upon guest request. I checked in and went to take a shower. There was no hot water. I called the office and was told I couldn’t change rooms until 9:00pm. I finally got a new room after calling the front desk a few times just to find another room without hot water. So.. I never did get to take a shower! NOT HAPPY!!!

Our corner room (209) was extremely large with a great kitchen and dining area, plus it had extremely comfortable beds. HOWEVER, it was advertised as a non-smoking unit but stunk of old cigarettes. I had to sleep with a sheet over my nose and walk to an open window multiple times throughout the evening. Don't stay here if you're sensitive to cigarette smells. I'm sure they just painted over a room that used to be a smoking room, but there's no covering up the years of smoke without gutting the carpet, walls, and old furniture.

Close to ferry - good. Shower backed up with standing dirty water and sink slow drain. Got refund for room but not Expedia’s part of the cut.

Property is old and not well-maintained. The light on the desk didn’t work, and even though the heater was turned up all the way and blew hot air, the room remained cold and drafty. The breakfast fare was mediocre. Only good thing—the bed was comfortable.

VIC the manager committed FRAUD
VIC, THE MANAGER, COMMITED FRAUD. A 14 stay was booked and paid for in full on Hotel.com for a particular room for my elderly mother. My mom gets checked in to the appropriate room and settled in for evening. The next day, VIC, the supposed manager informs my mom she will either have to move to a far less accommodating room AND pay an extra $30 a night or leave BECAUSE there was a room mix up. She refused to move rooms and pay the extra fee so we checked her out the next day. Hotel.com refunded the remainder of the stay. After checking out, a day later, VIC then charges another extra $100 to my debit card without my permission. Called VIC, who refused to refund the money he wrongly charged. Filed fraud with my bank. So, VIC not only proved the worst customer service I have ever encountered, VIC committed FRAUD. The front desk staff is great though. But I would HIGHLY recommend staying anywhere else.

Smelled clean when we walked in. I love that there were no carpets in the room. Gentleman super friendly at the front desk, gave us a departing snack bag with water and a granola bar. Pool area nice and clean. End suites are a bit tricky getting in and out of due to location of office and the next business but not bad.

Very sketchy at night. Overpriced. Charged 100$ for a room that had flies and mosquitos. Wifi barely reached room and we were near the office. Door to pool patio from room was unlocked when we checked in. Glad we checked before going to bed. Surrounding area is bad at night. Close to the interstate so you can get out quick when its morning.

The bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom amenities were fine, but very small sizes. The bathroom area was outdated and it’s floor not too clean. The wood-type floor had some bumps in it.

Great stay would recommend!
Manager was a nice guy very funny and personable. Made us feel at home. Accommodations were very nice updated rooms and decor. Very close to Walmart which was nice. Beds were comfortable but a bit soft for what I’m used to. Pool was in a nice courtyard area kids had fun swimming but it was freezing cold water and hot tub was being refilled. Free breakfast was excellent with bacon eggs sausage waffles cereal pastries oatmeal yogurt juice, the works! Staff was so nice and friendly.

This property is in despair, needs a/c that works, shower needs to be redone, cheap towels & sheets, TV kept flashing on & off, rotten fruit. The only good I can say is that it has easy location off 5 frwy. Will not return

There has been remodeling from two years ago, I like that cable tv has been upgraded from my last stay. The Wii fi was slow, but I am use to this at most hotels.
